The room was lovely and bedding very comfy and clean overall. Breakfast was nice and we did thoroughly enjoy complimentary coffee throughout our stay. However there were a number of items "not working", many plugs, the heating, and the fireplace. We needed parking and was told by a staff who scribbled some directions for GPS in French/Dutch that we had to park in a underground parking lot which we had to make a big circle round-a-bout (2km !!) surrounding the old Town Square in order to get into the lot itself. Long story short, the search for the underground parking took us almost an hour (fortunately the owner was around and he clarified his staff's instructions) to figure where the parking lot was ultimately located - which did not please us at all, after a long day of driving. My feedback to the hotel would be, it would be helpful to future guests to print out information on where to park, as well in general, have more signage in the property. Thank you.

Tout est parfait ! Joli, confortable, idéalement situé... Tout est fait pour passer un agréable séjour. L'hôtel est décoré avec soin et goût, la literie très confortable, la chambre spacieuse. Je ne peux que le recommander !!!

Tres charmant havre de paix en plein centre.
Formidable B&B, je pense le meilleur de tous ceux dans lesquels nous avons dormis. Bon disons a egalite avec un gite dans le Perche, en Normandie, la chambre d'hote Lauseraie. superbe acceuil, en plein centre, tres tres bien decore, tres confortable et tres bon petit dejeuner. Tout y est !!!!! Nous avions la grande chambre au 2 eme etage qui s'appelle Cardinale. Elle fait face a la cathedrale.

De locatie was goed Mooie elementen in het oude huis Enkele minpunten geen minibar op de kamer, 1 enkele kleine vuilbakje veel te wijzig, tv is niet op de goede hoogte om uit het bet goed te kunnen kijken, geen zitgelegenheid op de kamer voor twee personen, bad aanwezig In de kamer was vuil en niet te gebruiken, geen venster verduistering , bij het ontbijt ontbrak toch wat meer soorten drinken.

Beste, We betreuren dat uw verblijf niet volledig aan de verwachtingen heeft voldaan maar kunnen ons toch niet van de indruk ontdoen dat u op dat vlak misschien wel niet de gemakkelijkste bent. Dat het bad te vuil was en niet te gebruiken kan ik als kritiek niet aanvaarden. Daarin ging u te ver in uw negativiteit. Voor de rest hebben we uw argumenten genoteerd en zullen we er rekening mee houden . Mvrgr olivier

Beautiful old property over looking the Cathedral. We had the cathedral room which was large and decorated in character with the old building but also incorporated new technology such as soft start and close lighting. We also had use of a lounge area downstairs. Property was very central with all main attractions being walking distance. Helpful and friendly owners.

Sehr zentral gelegen in der Altstadt. Alle Sehenswürdigkeiten innerhalb 300-400 Meter erreichbar. Das Hotel ist sehr nostalgisch restauriert und eingerichtet. Gemütlich !!

Charming old building renovated in good taste with a gorgeous mix of old and new..The people managing it, were always courteous and helpful and breakfasts were hot and good. Small choices but always fresh and hot. Would be most happy to stay again.

Fabulous location, set back from the main street, a short walk from the market, right opposite the cathedral. Beautiful looking property, with lots of character. Our room on the first floor was spacious with a view over rooftops at the back. Everything was lovely and clean. Breakfast was a nice buffet breakfast, and our table for 4 was set up in the back lounge, which was great - nice and private. Even has a lift - great instead of navigating the narrow steps with a big case! Would recommend this property

A great place
This is delightful B and B. Located directly across from the cathedral in Bruge. Centrally located and short walk from everywhere in the town. The room was large and the bed was great. The bathroom and shower were lovely. Breakfast was plentiful beginning with eggs, sausage and tomatoes and ending with pastries. It’s about a 10 minute walk from the train station. We warned if you have a four wheeled bag, you can only use two wheels on the old brick side walks with the possibility of breaking a wheel.

Lovely little establishment very near the centre but quiet. Very comfortable room. Good choice for breakfast. Only quibble would have liked a kettle in the room. Although tea and coffee was always available from breakfast room it wasn’t so convenient if wanted cuppa when you first wake up!

The building is beautiful and has had lots of modern upgrades without taking away its character. Elevator to the second floor which is very convenient when traveling with heavy suitcases. The location is superb - walking distance to everything in Bruges. Karine and her husband are amazing hosts, providing assistance in all ways required and a lovely breakfast every morning.

Lovely, quaint building in a fabulous location right across from a cathedral. Staff and service are superb. Tea, coffee, and a fruit bowl available throughout the day. The breakfast is one of the best we have had in a B & B in Belgium. Hotel has elevator which is pleasant surprise. We will definitely stay again when we return to Bruges.

We (family of four) had a lovely, light and spacious family suite in this beautiful old building. The room was clean and comfortable, and great value for the amount of space you get. We had access to a fridge downstairs in one of the breakfast rooms as well as free tea and coffee throughout our stay. The staff were friendly and welcoming and it felt like a home from home. The location is perfect for exploring Bruges... right in the centre with the whole of the city on your doorstep. Thanks for a wonderful stay.

A very unique B&B and a stunning building. Facilities were top class, service was brilliant and felt you could come and go as you pleased. Tea and coffee available all day and night. Very friendly staff a perfect location from the overnight car park and into the centre. Quiet surroundings with a beautiful view. Would highly recommend ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

A very special place
I loved this B and B! It is charming and beautifully decorated. I loved the old world feel. The room was well appointed yet felt like you were in another time period. The breakfast was lovely and in an old farmhouse style dining room. I would definitely return and urge others to stay. The only negative is the lack of air conditioning but I was there on one of the hottest days ever recorded but the room stayed pretty cool and we were fine with the fan. I am sure any regular day would be lovely and cool.

Lovely old property in central location. We were looked after well and consideration was given to the unusually high temperatures experienced during our stay.
