객실이 좁고 , 매트리스에서 소리가 나서 다음날 방 바꿨다 조식은 부페식인데 먹을꺼 없다 ...브루나이가 전체적으로 음식이 맛없고 비싸다 큰도로쪽 객실있었는데,잠에 차소리 오토바이소리 시끄럽다 직원들은 친절했고 공항무료픽업은 편리하고 좋았다 위치도 좋은편 ~ 셔틀버스 탈필요없이 시내구경 가능하다~

The staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast needs improvement but it was good enough for a business trip. I would recommend the street facing rooms.

Totally most valuable hotel in Brunei
Location is good. You can walk to dowtown and landmarks. Room is larger than 5 star hotel of Seoul Korea. All staffs are nice and beautiful. Free shuttle service (between airport & hotel) is super awesome! Totally most valuable hotel in brunei.

Breakfast was basic eg fried rice and noodles, chicken, one type of bread and fruit, and cakes. The amazing staff were most helpful ahead of and during my stay.

Big rooms with super friendly staff. Good restaurants in hotel but not much else around except a grocery store and breakfast food is luke warm at best. Using taxi and arranging tours is the way to go. Hotel includes airport pick-up and drop-off which is very helpful. Would stay here again.

食べ物が全く駄目です、海外からの観光客が、少ないからか、フルーツ、ジュース、卵の調理、ゆで卵のみ。野菜の無さ。4泊したのだが、2日で嫌になった。そして、プールが午後から陽が当たらないので、水温が低い。

Great hotel
Great service oriented hotel. 10 minute walk away from the city center. The walk was very magical; a HUGE lizard and gang of apes walked past me and then i found myself on 1001 Nights story book scenery. Bandar Seriwan is one of The most unique cities ive seen. If Brunei wants to make Brunei More tourist friendly The airport needs ATM that actually works, The E-travel card info should be More clearly in The internet (Wikitravel etc..) and The airport needs a bus timetable.

從訂房開始就非常積極協助機場接駁以及旅遊行程安排，服務很好。 房間雖不是很新但是整理的很乾淨、冷氣很涼、熱水很熱而且水量充足，以性價比 無可挑剔。

Bedsheets dirty with hair and small plastic balls and the shelves dusty. The room was very noisy. Some of the staff was rude. Swimming pool was ok but the hammocks very uncomfortable.

空港送迎は無料でしたがドライバー到着に時間がかかり、1時間弱待たされましたが、帰りは予約どおり、スムーズでした。Wi-Fiは動画を見ても途切れることなくよかったです。 周辺環境は近所にスーパー、小さいモールがあるので便利です。観光地からは少し遠いですが、オールドモスク、ニューモスクともに歩いて行くことができました。ホテルにタクシーを頼むこともできますがとても高い印象です。

First off, I must say that the staff was incredibly nice and responsive to every concern that I raised. My stay was affordable, the breakfast buffet was decent and it was an easy 20-minute walk to the Omar Ali Saifuddien Mosque and water taxis. That said, there were MANY concerns I had. 1. The bathmat was dirty with black and brown footprints. 2. I pressed the "make up room" button, but my room wasn't cleaned 3 hours later and the button light was turned off. 3. My TV didn't work because they gave me a remote for another model of television. 4. And I had to wait nearly 1-hour wait for the transport to leave the airport, since they were supposed to pick up other guests who no-showed and they weren't in-touch with. The issues that they couldn't easily address during my stay, but just made this a poor hotel choice for me were - the room lighting was very dim - the plug sockets and light switches were on opposite sides of the bed - they didn't have a USB charging port - there was a clicking noise near the corner of the room - the TV channel selection was poor - the bathroom door couldn't stay open - the shower door was designed in a weird way that you couldn't really keep water out of the rest of the room if you just had the shower running to get hot (and the water never stayed hot for long) and - the traffic from motorbikes on the highway was constant.

Very nice hotel! Includes a buffet breakfast and airport transfer. Easy walking distance to the downtown area, but also has several shopping centers right next to the hotel. If you’re lucky enough to be there on the weekend, there is a small food market directly behind the hotel. The hotel can also arrange a number of tours for you. I did the Temburong National Park tour and a boat tour to see Proboscis monkeys.

Great locations; American credit card issues.
Staff and people in Brunei are so nice and kind. One hiccup was my us credit cards didn’t work there. Maybe, it was my mistake of not telling banks about my travel. But fortunately I can make another reservations on spot. Staff there was trying to help me for a couple of hours after midnight. I appreciate their help. Also, for the side note, you can use Singapore dollars in Brunei. Overall, my visit was great and the room was very spacious too.

It was ok! Facilities are good but not very well maintained. An extra clean and paint would change the atmosphere. Staff seemed to be a bit shy or not proactive to help too much. It wasn’t a bad experience but not a good one as well… I am under the impression that they might be used to have guests traveling for work more than for tourism as on my last day, the receptionist found me a driver to explore Brunei by car but he doesn’t speak English, and it made my day quite difficult.
