My family and I really loved the overall experience of staying here! The room was very clean and the property was very well kept. The overall staff was friendly, professional and very hospitable. The complimentary breakfasts were delicious and the staff was very attentive to help in that area.
My only criticism was upon check out. The Front Desk person asked if I wanted a printed receipt or a receipt via email. I told her that a receipt via email would be fine. The next day I called the hotel and the voice sounded like the same person I checked out with. I told her that I still had not received my receipt via email. She said, "well if you made the reservation through a third party there is nothing we can do about that." Had I been made aware of this at checkout, then I would have requested a printed receipt. I never received a receipt from either party and that is unfortunate. The front desk person showed no compassion and said, "take it up with the manager..."
This discompassionate attitude did not match that of the overall, very welcoming staff. I believe Customer Care training is very much needed.
Nonetheless, we had a wonderful experience overall.
