The young lady at the front desk welcomed us and was extremely nice! We received a bag with water which was nice. Restaurants are behind the hotel and walking distance. Room was nice and clean also, very quiet area.

Couldn’t get in room until after check in time due to staff shortages. Room next to elevator which was loud and noisy. Killed a cockroach in our room. Kids running up and down the 2nd floor at 1:00am knocking on doors and yelling. Never stay here again. Told gentleman that was ready to check in about our experience and he left. I will also write review on yelp.

The property was in a great location. Close to shopping, the beach, and family. On Friday the toilet overflowed, no maintenance personnel and had to change rooms. Room on the third floor was very noisy at times due to some equipment located near by.

The hotel room overall was clean and spacious. But there was a pretty major issue with ventilation. When entering the room it smelled like the air coming from a stale vacuum bag. Running heat or air conditioning did not change the room air quality. The shower also did not vent properly. I had breathing difficulties in the morning. It could have been just room 120. I don't think I would return to this facility without checking the room conditions further. .

Good stay, great breakfast, not-so-good sleep.
The all-access bathroom was good. However, there is also the matter of the beds. Hotels spend a great deal of money on making bathrooms accessible for the handicapped. However, they neglect the beds. My wife has had two back surgeries and both knees replaced. She needs a low bed to get into easily. The beds in our room were standard height making it necessary for me to virtually lift her into bed and help her out. For an 82 year man that is asking a lot. Please be aware that beds need to be accessible like bathrooms.

This was a great hotel and centrally located for easy access to other i teams on the island and the beach. Everything was clean and the hotel staff were welcoming and accommodating.

My family and I really loved the overall experience of staying here! The room was very clean and the property was very well kept. The overall staff was friendly, professional and very hospitable. The complimentary breakfasts were delicious and the staff was very attentive to help in that area. My only criticism was upon check out. The Front Desk person asked if I wanted a printed receipt or a receipt via email. I told her that a receipt via email would be fine. The next day I called the hotel and the voice sounded like the same person I checked out with. I told her that I still had not received my receipt via email. She said, "well if you made the reservation through a third party there is nothing we can do about that." Had I been made aware of this at checkout, then I would have requested a printed receipt. I never received a receipt from either party and that is unfortunate. The front desk person showed no compassion and said, "take it up with the manager..." This discompassionate attitude did not match that of the overall, very welcoming staff. I believe Customer Care training is very much needed. Nonetheless, we had a wonderful experience overall.
