Chère Madame, nous vous remercions d'avoir pris le temps de nous faire part de vos remarques à la suite de votre récent séjour. Après vérification auprès de notre gouvernante générale, il s'avère que votre chambre n'a pas été nettoyée car vous aviez laissé le panneau "ne pas déranger" d'abord signalé par notre femme de chambre puis constaté par notre gouvernante. Elle a également vérifié après votre départ, la pression de l'eau dans votre chambre qui était normale sur la douche fixe ainsi que le flexible. Quelques travaux de rénovation sont effectivement en cours sur l'immeuble voisin et sont malheureusement indépendants de notre volonté. Pour votre information il s'agit de la prochaine ouverture d'une magnifique galerie d'Art appartenant à la Fondation Boghossian pour la galerie Empain. Quant aux travaux de peinture (à présent terminés) dans le hall de l'hôtel, ils ont été entrepris de façon discontinue sur deux jours afin d'améliorer le confort de nos clients ; la peinture utilisée est une peinture à l'eau.
