Good location
Good location. Normal breakfast. No air conditioner. But it was being installed in my room. Some room has just fan.

Gut gelegenes Hotel. Das Personal sind sehr nett, freundlich und zuvorkommend. Das Zimmer war ziemlich klein und eng. Das Hotel ist empfehlenswert

More suited for couples/business
Unfortunately there was no cot for baby so had to share the bed between three people and it was quite uncomfortable as any time somebody moved, there was a lot of creaking from the bed. The room itself was very warm considering it was winter. The window needed to be open. This is more of a couple/business trip type of hotel. It is not suitable for a family with a young child.

The hotel had a fun vibe with the Atlas theme. We were on the Africa floor. Our room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast in the morning was nice at no additional charge. The windows opened making it very comfortable for sleeping. We had a pleasant stay.

Great location
Brilliant location approximately 15 minutes walk from Central Station. All the major sites are within walking distance. The hotel staff were very welcoming, polite and helpful. As we were staying for a longer period they kindly put us in a quiet end of the hotel. The breakfast buffet was plentiful and fresh. Would definitely return.

Decent hotel in a good location.
Quite a large hotel (business type in style but none the worse for that) in a very good location. Staff were very eficient and friendly and the continental breakfast was good. Could do with a few tweeks (e.g. cups or mugs rather than papercups for coffee etc). We would stay again.

Check in was easy, the staff were great and really helpful. The pillows for us was quite small but there are extra sets which helped. The hotel is just a short walk away from the grand place square so was convenient. The breakfast was good and the croissants were fresh as well as the cooked meat

El hotel es limpio y muy cómodo. A eso hay que sumarle su excelente ubicación, muy cerca de la Bourse y la Gran Place, lo que le hace sumar muchos puntos. Todos los trabajadores son muy amables y nos atendieron perfectamente.

Vi hade en fantastisk vistelse på Atlas hotel. Det var ett trevligt hotel med trevlig personal. Frukosten var ok, inte den bästa om man tänker "hotellfrukost" men fortfarande väl värd. Det bästa med hotellet är läget. Det ligger riktigt centralt med närhet till allt man vill göra i bryssel. Jag skulle rekomendera alla mina vänner detta hotell.

Great stay!
The hotel staff were very friendly and welcoming, the check in was great as it was 1pm which is earlier than other hotels and means you aren’t hanging about, the rooms were modern with good facilities and the breakfast was a good spread for a Continental. The room was very quiet which was also great, the hotel is in a great location close enough to busy areas but far away enough to not hear the noise, it is situated well for public transport with two metro stops less than a 5min walk away. Overall we were really impressed :)

Great staff but the hotel needs a lot of work. The staff is very friendly. Rooms are old and needs renovation. Facilities and amenities are poor. Breakfast doesn't give a lot of options for this hotel class. Bed is not comfortable and needs renovation. The hotel is general needs good investments in renovation. Shame it is in a great location.

dear Sir, We thank you for your appreciation of our "great location" and our "great and friendly staff". We are a "3 Superior" hotel and the beddings has been bought directly from the famous Auping brand. Most 5 stars hotels don't even have the same standards. But we agree this might sometimes be very subjective as some guests prefer very soft mattresses so we are sorry if you didn't appreciate what we think are top quality beds and mattresses. Most guests appreciate our breakfast buffet but again it is also subjective and based of the expectations but most 3 stars hotels in the city center don't have same standards as us. Great property. Should changed their room key system, because an actual key that was big and that you need to unlock and lock the door everytime, not very convenient!

God modtagelse på hotellet, meget venlige receptionister og meget hjælpsomme. Rolige omgivelser på hotellet, morgenbuffeten god. Dog kunne udsigten fra værelser mod gården forbedres, renoveres.

Proche de la Grande place et des monuments mais hébergement pas très propre avec notamment des insectes dans la chambre. Personnel pas très aimable sauf la première personne qui nous a reçues.

Great place to stay
Room was larger than expected and very clean and comfortable with everything you required. Breakfast was really good with good range of continental breakfast which was constantly being refilled. Great central location, although still nice and quiet, within easy walking distance of main sites, lovely restaurants, bars and tram and metro stations.
