편안함과 실제 밸류, 모두 만족합니다.
가족 여행으로 아주 좋았습니다. 11세 자녀 위해 보조침대도 준비해 두었구요. 그랑플라스와 왕립미술관 등 걷는 거리가 좀 있지만, 객실 상태, 주변의 편안함, 무료주차, 조식부페의 좋은 구성 등 거의 모두 만족합니다.

A scaled-back operation from what it was some years ago (the dining area is noticeably smaller, there's no jacuzzi at the pool area any more and the swimming pool area could do with a make-over), this is nonetheless still my favourite hotel and it's a pleasure to stay here. I hope to be back very soon!

Notre séjour s'est très bien passé. Seule chose, nous sommes arrivés à 15:15 à l'hôtel et notre chambre n'était pas prête, alors que le site mentionne que nous pouvions prendre possession de la chambre à 15h. Bref il a fallu attendre dans le lobby de l'hôtel jusqu'à 15:40. Aussi, il n'y avait qu'une seule serviette dédiée à la piscine dans la chambre alors que nous étions 4 en tout.... Somme toute, très bonne hôtel que je recommande.

Good value for money.
Excellent hotel near the European Parliament and close to shopping and dining. Swimming pool is also excellent. Francisco at the Front Desk was especially helpful to me.

Old but convenient to train station
receptionist was wonderful. But the tv didn’t work. So I walked down stairs and asked for someone to come look at it at 2:30pm. No one came. I asked the cleaning service to see if the remote needed batteries and they said it wasn’t their job. . At 10pm I called again. No one came. At 11:39 I fixed the tv myself just as a guy in a black suit showed up to help. I was there only 1 night. Also, we are a tech world and there were no chargeing stations. Very inconvenient to plug phone by the bathroom 5 feet away.

Location is quite good. Centre is about a 20 min walk. The check in process was terrible. From the time that we arrived at the hotel to us checking in, parking, and then talking luggage up to the room it took an hour. Directions to the underground parking were not given clearly. No porter services or help was provided despite us asking for help as we had a lot of luggage. On the day we were checking out we were in fact told to just use the Porter trolley ourselves. The hotel building itself is ok and the location isn’t bad. But due to the experience we received from the staff we will not be returning to this hotel.

For the price the room was too shabby. The shower gave more water from the connection than the showerhead. Toilet had a waterstain that looked horrible. Most drawers in the room were hard to open. It all looked worn out. Personell was very helpfull and friendly. The location of the hotel was good for me as I had an appointment in the EU parliament building which was 5 minutes walk. Overall not worth the price

Since I have joined the hotel few months ago, I acknowledge that there is a need for a refurbishment of the room, moving away from the carpet, enhancing the look & feel and the guest's comfort. As such, we are currently working on a full refurbishment plan, following the renovation of the lobby and the restaurant that was completed in 2019. The initial plan was to upgrade the facilities in 2020, unfortunately, with the pandemic, this was regretfully delayed until now. Nevertheless, please be informed that we are working with our global Marriott Design team to develop a new model room that will lay the foundation of the renovation of the guestrooms, aligned with the latest generation of Renaissance hotels. As such plans always take time, please bear with me and my team as we progress through this project. It is an OK hotel but definitely needs to renew the facilities, the water in the shower would not drain, water itself was either hot or cold, nothing in between. There is a constant queue at the reception as well not sure what is causing it but anything you need you will have to wait.

I sincerely empathize with your feeling and humbly apologize for any negative impression created on this occasion. I certainly recognize that a quality shower sets the tone for a great start of the day and I regret this was not the case on your last visit. While this is in no way an excuse, please be informed that we are currently replacing all our water flow pipes in the building to balance the water pressure and are in the midst of replacing the shower mixer to improve the hot and cold-water flow in the shower and provide a greater shower experience to our guests. Please bear with us as we conduct this important project, along with other enhancements in our guestrooms. I hope this will bring you comfort and re-assurance that we are working towards improving our guests stay and experience. Pertaining to your comment about the room condition and the need for a refurbishment, since I have joined the hotel couple of months ago, I certainly recognize that there is a need for an upgrade. As such, I am pleased to share that we are currently working on a refurbishment plan for all the guestrooms. This project was unfortunately delayed due to the pandemic, as we completed the renovation of the lobby, the restaurant and the public spaces in 2019 and the next step was to renovate the rooms. Nevertheless, we are currently working with our Marriott Design team to develop a new model room laying the foundation of the new look & feel of our Renaissance Brussel guestrooms before kicking-off the renovation and bringing our hotel aligned with the latest generation of Renaissance hotels. We are also working on the lighting enhancement plan, the change of bathroom fixture, SMART TV's and guestroom entertainment, improvement of lighting control and power outlet next to the bedside table, furniture and more. As such plans always take time, please bear with us as we progress through this project. Scaffolding outside the hotel and no mention of it on the website or even on check in. When we went to our room, our window had scaffolding outside. Work men started at 8am banging... when we complained they did not do anything, they just said they had complaints from other guests also. Staff didnt care. Pool area is a disgrace, mould everywhere and not pleasent. It is such a shame this hotel could be a great hptel.

As such, your opinion is very valuable to me and my team.However, I understand that your recent stay was not up to your expectation and noticed from your comment that you were unhappy with the current condition of the rooms, with the comfort of the pillows, the water temperature in the shower and the cleanliness level.
