I would like to take my feedback as a official letter to reimburse my money back from my stay in that kind of "5 stars" hotel
Horrible service from front desk till cleanest of the room
On my attempt to solve out the problem only room change has been done and new room still the same like previos one.
They are far away from 5 stars service and I'm asking you to sent the relative department for the inspection.
It was unsafe for me to stay here , all that stains and marks looks like a body fluids and which kind of infection I can get from that ?
To take a shower it is a challenge also , everything is broken or loose ( shower holder , towels holder .. etc )
Dear guests of Premier Palace Hotel & Spa I do not recommend you to stay in that hotel!
The hotel has a lot of problems starting from owner , hight staff management and with simple staff, lack of the training and undesrtanding hotel biusness at all.
My vacation was distroyed
