Dear Gideon, We appreciate you shared your experience! Thank you for your compliments about the quick check in, however you said there is no reception, which is not so. You know exactly that reception is on the 1st floor (there are signboards everywhere, plus you have got the information by e-mail as well). So, if somebody prefer the personal welcoming instead of express check in it is available between office hours. Just for the sake of accuracy, the exact check in and check out times you knew exatly. This information you have got at least 6 times (when you booked the apartment on hotels.com, it is written on your confirmation of reservation, it is written on the online check in form, it is written in the FAQ e-mail, it is written in the Instructions e-mail and last but not least it is written on the door inside of the apartment with big letters). So it is a little strange that you thought the check out is at 11 AM. The lady, who you called prison warden, was the manager. She was who permitted you to enter to the apartment earlier than 2 PM, she was who instructed me not to charge you for the early check in, she was who (after you told me at 10 AM that you just woke up!! at the check out time!) gave you 30 minutes to get yourself together, she was who forbade me to send the security guy to your apartment, rather she came with me and you open the door indignantly, with rude : „What?” question. And finally she was who told me not to charge you the late check out fee when you left finally at 11 AM. At all accomodation the check in and check out times are not by chance. You didn’t even hurry to leave when the manager told you, that you jeopardize the next Guest’s check in. This is unacceptable, because it is disrespectful and endangers the operation of the accommodation, and that is not welcome not only at us, but nowhere.

Dear Michelle, Thank you so much for your feedback! We are really happy that you enjoyed your stay and found our apartment comfortable. The reception is open each day from 10AM till 3PM. I'm sorry if you felt the air freshener too strong. As it is a portable airfreshener (small vase with sticks in it) it's a pity you didn't mention for us that you are allergic, we should remove it from the apartment.
