We have several new Front Desk Colleagues. They are also great professionals, however the initial excitement may unintentionally result in such unfortunate issues. We have already reinforced the essential empathic attitude and proper complaint handling processes expected in our hotel.It is encouraging that you were generally content with the most of the staff. Thank you for sharing also your compliments.We managed to fix the jacuzzi for the last day of your stay, I am sorry that you were not informed about it.The modernization of TV system is an ongoing project. We have already changed almost all the TVs. I can honestly tell you that only 6 TVs left to change (in 5 suites and 1 room). It is truly regrettable that you did not have the chance to share your concerns on the spot, as we could have provided you a room change. We would have been pleased to offer you a street side suite (with mirroring compatibility TV ) subject to availability.Again, you cannot imagine how terribly sorry I am for your disappointment; please accept our deepest apologies for all the inconveniences encountered during your stay.
