We always send out an email for our guests who arrive later than our opening hours, for the self-check-in process, in which they receive codes and all the information necessary for the rooms we assigned them when they made the reservation. It was a mistake on our part, due to the technical issue in your original room we changed the reservation to the room they received codes for, which was originally assigned to them.
