Great location
Staff very friendly and helpful, but heater wasn’t working and the outlets were all loose so charging any was difficult. Great location.

Initially upon checking in there was good communication about which room we were in and how to get in with the QR codes. After that communication ended. I tried emailing and calling the numbers I had with no response. We also tried using the hot tub on the top floor but doors were locked, we couldn’t find a way to request access for anything upstairs. The room was decent but nothing special. We were really hoping to get late check out or even just leave our bags with a front desk but because there was never anyone at the front desk or that returned my messages - we ended up having to pay for storage at a facility for part of the day. I think this is more of an apartment building than a hotel at this point. The area outside of here was ok and walkable but I’d prob stay somewhere else if I visited again.

Contrate un servicio para 3 personas. El check in era a partir de las 15 y la cama no estaba hecha. Mi hija dirmia en un sillon q no se hacia cama. Pedi una almohada como la gente y me dijeron q no había. Pedi 1 toalla.mas porque me dieron 2 y me la negaron. Nunca cambiaron toallones. Estuve alojada 3 dias y nunca limpiaron el departamento. El agua caliente es por termotanque pequeño. Para ducharse habia q esperar un buen tiempo q calentara el agua.

Good place to stay.
Great place in a great location across from a little park with many stores, cafes and restaurants around. A block off of busy Santa Fe avenue but no noise whatsoever.

Buena infraestructura. Mala atención
La cama en vez de tener sábana ajustable, tenía dos sábanas de 1 plazas superpuestas y no tenia cubrecolchon. La kitcknet no tenia esponja ni detergente tampoco escurridor de platos. Tampoco un basurero. El acero de la alzada estaba muy sucio. No tiene servicio de limpieza diario. En el balcón hay dos sillas pero ninguna mesa donde apoyar un vaso siquiera.

Lindo pero muy sucio.-
El lugar es muy lindo, frente a la plaza, el edificio tambien muy lindo pero el dpto. muy sucio y falto de pintura, la relacion precio calidad no es la ideal, le hace falta una puesta en valor.-

Executive Studo was everything I wanted/needed - extremely spacious with very comfortable king sized bed, luxurious bathroom and lovely view of the park.

Ideal location
Flaat Ricoleta is located across the street from a charming park in the heart of the Ricoleta district. This is an upscale neighborhood with plenty of restaurants, cafes, and trees. A perfect location. The flats are newly remodeled in an older building in which the front facade has been retained. The flats are sufficiently spacious for one person. It would be tight for two. Unfortunately, the flat has extremely cheap, even cheesy, furniture and dishes, silverware, glasses, etc. There are only two of everything, and they are of the cheapest possible design and construction/fabrication. They do essentially nothing to make the guests feel at home. For example, even the salt and pepper shakers were empty. The table and all chairs were very uncomfortable. The bed was fine. There are insufficient drawers and essentially no closets. The employees are very helpful and spoke some English.

Lindo lugar.Falta cuidar el servicio.
Bien pero faltaba equipamiento y limpieza. La cafetera sin vaciar el filtro y con verdin. Detergente con sólo el fondo ,no alcanzaba para lavar dos tazas. Una sola toalla de mano. Cucharitas ,una sola... La cocina muy sucia. Todo fue informado y fotografiado ni bien llegamos La recepcionista nos proveyó de lo que faltaba pero no de la higiene. Su predisposiición fue muy buena pero evidentemente no contaba con medios para manejar el resto.

La ubicación es inmejorable. Ya está tocándoles una lavada de cara y un poco de mantenimiento tanto en el departamento como en la piscina. Es normal que uno de los ascensores no funcione.

El sistema de recepción funcionó mal, por email habiamos acordado un horario y llegaron una hora más tarde (no hay recepción las 24hs). Se trabó la puerta de la caja fuerte, y la solución fue romperla sobre la hora de nuestra partida.

Buenas tardes Sr. Vladimiro, queriamos recordarle que el horario de recepcion es reducido tal y como se le informo en el mail, tambien en la carta de bienvenida donde muy claramente se indica que la recepcion no funciona 24 horas si no en horario de 10:00 (hora del check out) a 17:00. Aunado a esto se le otorgo el ingreso a las 10:00 siendo el horario del mismo a las 15:00, esto ademas sin ningun recargo extra por early check-in ya que quisimos hacer una excepcion y tener una atencion con usted ya que venia de un largo viaje. Lamentamos lo ocurrido con la caja fuerte, para el momento de su ingreso estaba funcionando con normalidad y la unica solucion posible aunque no la mas conveniente para nosotros fue romperla justamente para evitarle contratiempos a usted. Para nosotros lo mas importante son nuestros clientes, por ello trabajamos duro dia a dia para mejorar en la calidad del servicio que prestamos. Gracias por sus comentarios, son de suma ayuda para nuestras mejoras. Saludos cordiales.

El lugar es muy lindo y muy bien ubicado. Los Amenities muy lindos. Algunas pavadas a comentar para mejorar. Pero nada que haya interferido en la comodidad a gran punto. - Caja fuerte no andaba - En el baño el portá toallas estaba dañado - Debería haber bolsas de residuo para poder tirar la basura

Einfache unterkunft- appartment - Ausstattung gut und Zustand gut- es könnte etwas sauberer sein wenn man die Unterkunft erstmals betritt- wir haben zunächst den Balkon gesäubert, da durch die vielen Tauben in der Stadt auch hier etwas liegen bleibt. Da der Balkon in unserer Etage nicht überdacht war, wäre ein Sonnenschirm oder eine Markise nicht schlecht. Insgesamt stimmte das Preis-leistungsverhältnis- bis auf die Reinigung die nur alle 7 Tage erfolgt- bzgl der Handtücher wäre es wünschenswert das diese auch ohne Aufpreis öfter gewechselt würden und genug vorhanden sind. Gute Ausgangslage in Recoleta und insgesamt würden wir hier nochmal buchen. Man sollte ein einfaches appartment erwarten, der pool auf dem Dach ist zwar klein, aber fein. I

Fue una linda estadia en el hotel, volveria nuevamente. Lo raro fue el check out al irnos, habia un guardia en la recepcion y no un personal del hotel, el señor no entendia que pasaba, pensaba que nos ibamos a comprar y volver en un rato. Me hubiera gustado saber si nos podiamos quedar por mas tiempo o deberiamos irnos.

Gracias por sus comentarios. Si efectivamente el horario de recepcion es de 9:00 a 17:00, por lo cual luego de ese horario queda el personal de seguridad unicamente para el resguardo del lugar. La hora del Check-out es a las 10:00 y solo se puede prolongar con previo aviso en la recepcion y sujeto a la disponibilidad con la que se cuente. Gracias por preferirnos! The place is advertised as an hotel but in fact it is an Airbn. They make you sign a rental contract at your arrival. No service whatsoever, only a weekly cleaning AC was down for our entire stay and nothing was done to repair it in spite of our multiple requests Water boiler had a leak and a bucket under it, nobody tells you to empty the bucket daily or otherwise you have water all over the floor

Loved the location. Loved the price. However, what made it inexpensive was the a la carte room service. I was more than happy to save tge price and forgo the fresh towels and sheets every day.

Atendimento de recepção, localização, spá e cama excelentes. Sugeriria não ficar na opção do térreo pois escuta-se todos que abrem a porta do prédio e que passam pelo corretor, bem como há um vazamento de água presente no banheiro.
