Exactly what it says on the tin.
It's a hostel, with good service, great location, cheap prices, and clean rooms and other facilities. Don't expect great luxury, but expect to be comfortable, and deal with very nice and attentive staff. Can't comment on the breakfast, as I only stated one night and left too early in the morning. If you plan on returning late at night, after 1 AM, you can rent a key to the place for 100 Argentinian pesos, which you will get back in full after returning the key. If you forgot to take a padlock for your locker, you can rent one for 60 pesos, of which you'll get 50 back.
