It would have been good to see the mini refrigerator full of goodies - they only had 2 bottles of water and 1 Coke and no refills.

The staff there went above and beyond to accommodate our odd travel schedule. They even went out of their way to help us find a tour to take of the city in the limited time we had available. Breakfast was awesome. Location was convenient and close to many things. Highly recommend this property. Can’t say enough about how nice the staff was.

Todo estuvo bien , sobre todo el desayuno, pero considero que el hotel ya está viejo, la decoración muy antigua los colchones algo sumidos. Pero en general puedo decir que estuvo bien solo estuve dos noches. Muchas gracias

n Carlton is a great hotel. Rooms are a little worn but staff are amazing, breakfast was great. Excellent value, excellent location. Would definitely return.

We were new to B.A. so we had a lot of questions. The staff was very helpful in finding places to go. The tour we had scheduled was there to pick us up our last day... but an hour late. Since we had a flight out that evening we could not afford to return from the tour late so we canceled. The staff helped us with checking in for our flight home. The food was nice except we cook our bacon much more in the US. We chose not to eat that.

The room had everything we needed for a short stay. The rooms were comfortable and clean and the bedding was of good quality. Breakfast was more than adequate. The location is excellent with lots of hot spots within walking distance. Taxis are plentiful and very cheap. The hotel staff were always helpful.

Stayed here for the third time and everything has been perfect. Modern airy hotel in a good part of Buenos Aires well located, lots of restaurants nearby and shopping. Great staff.

Good price/location/service value
The staff is great, friendly and helpful 100% of the time. The hotel could need a renovation which is not uncommon in Buenos Aires central hotels. The breakfast could be improved with a bit more things like pastries, but overall is ok. For the price, staff service and location is good value for money.

Excelente estadia!
O hotel é excelente! As minhas instalações eram confortáveis, e toda a equipe do hotel era sempre muito cordial. O café da manhã era ótimo, e a equipe de limpeza também foi muito eficaz. O único ponto a ser melhorado é a cortina do chuveiro, que poderia ser box, mas isto não subtrai tanto da experiência. Recomendo o hotel a todos.

A nossa experiência foi muito boa nesse hotel. Gostamos muito da localização, de fácil acesso ao centro e outros pontos da cidade. Muito bom atendimento dos funcionários, e registro especialmente a senhorita da recepção, muito solícita e simpática. O quarto era bem adequado, cama confortável e chuveiro bem regulado. O café da manhã foi excelente nos dias que passamos lá (ficamos 4 noites), com muitas opções, especialmente as media lunas sempre novinhas que eu adorei.

OK hotel in a great location.
The hotel is just OK. It is clean and everything works, but all the furniture, the bathroom, the TV, and the decoration are really old. The room is not very comfortable, even though the bed is fine. The breakfast is below average. I'd only stay there again for a very short business stay. The location, nevertheless, is fantastic. It is right in the Microcentro, walking distance to lots of restaurants, bars, cafés, to Recoleta, and to Porto Madero. Really fantastic location.

Die Bilder des Hotels sind sehr geschönt, die Unterkunft ist angejahrt und abgeschrappelt (z.B. Messing kommt an Wasserhähnen durch, Handtücher haben Reisslöcher etc.). Zu loben sind die Sauberkeit und das absolut freundliche und hilfsbereite Personal!!
