All rooms are internal rooms. No real windows. Walls very thin. Running water in pipes loud. Roma well decorated. After my stay, I left my luggage in the storage area, and when I came back in the afternoon to collect it, the hotel was “closed.” I missed my onward flight. The manager/owner did help get my luggage back and offered me a free night’s stay, but it was too late. I’ve never seen a hotel that was “closed” before. Read the other reviews before booking. I do not recommend it.

The rooms look better in images than in reality. The hotel is an echo chamber, every noise is magnified, and there is always music at the reception playing much louder than it should be. No breakfast, no room service for stays under 7 days. Inflexible early check-out time. Location is great, 1 block away from Plaza Dorrego and a 10 min walk to Puerto Madero.

Hotel antigo.
Hotel bastante simples, instalações degastadas, roupas de cama e de banho velhas. A localização é boa, mas não ficaria lá novamente.

Horrible
Un desastre todo. La gente que trabaja ahí tremenda mala onda para todo, y cuando me tenía que ir alguno de los empleados del lugar me robaron bebidas de la heladera del hotel.

Gracias por tus comentarios Stephanie. Es una lástima que el departamento no haya cumplido con tus expectativas, ya que es exactamente igual a las fotos publicadas. Por otro lado, la gente que trabaja en el edificio es extremadamente profesional y jamás tomaría nada que no les pertenece. Es una seria acusación la que has hecho y agradecemos más precaución antes de dejar un comentario desafortunado y equivoco.

Muito ruim
Decepcionante. O quarto não tem frigobar. Não existe nem serviço de refeições no Hotel. Pra comer ou beber algo tem que ser externo. Não tinha TV, tinha um telão em que os controles remotos não funcionavam. A única referencia boa é a localização central em San Telmo. No geral então, foi uma estada decepcionante, muito ruim.

Por otro lado, nuestro equipo de housekeeping realiza una revisión exhaustiva de las habitaciones antes de ser entregadas para garantizar que las mismas estén en excelentes condiciones. La limpieza diaria no está incluída y en ninguna parte de nuestro anuncio dice que lo está, el cleaning fee hace referencia a la limpieza y sanitización de la habitación tanto antes como después de tu visita. Además, lamentablemente por el momento no brindamos servicios de alimentos y bebidas, te recordamos que en la publicación podrás encontrar el detalle de todo lo que ofrecemos en el anuncio.

Precioso lugar
Muy buen servicio. Limpieza y comodidad excelentes. Las habitaciones cuentan con buen espacio, climatizacion y aromatizantes. Agradable servicio de sauna, te ayuda a relajar.

Boutique hotel in San Telmo
A slight problem with the door ( the electronic keys would not work nor the replacements nor the replacements of the replacements) meant we were in reception for 40 minutes before we could access our room. Not a great start! Room was good though. Bed excellent and the shower great! A min bar or a small fridge would be great - there is room for it , so I dont understand why they dont have one.
