The location is ideal. There is no bar in this hotel. They advertise having plugs to borrow for your chargers etc but these are not available per the front desk. The staff is very friendly and the rooms are very clean

Das Hotel liegt in einem neueren Glasturm hinter einem älteren Gebäude mit schöner Fassade. Die Zimmer waren geräumig, ruhig und gut aufgeteilt mit separater Bad-/ Waschbeckenzeile und Toilette und begehbarer Dusche. Das ganz große Plus ist die Lage in der Altstadt nahe den wichtigsten Sehenswürdigkeiten. Für eine Stippvisite in Argentiniens Hauptstadt der ideale Ausgangspunkt. Kritik verdient haben lediglich die recht wirr verteilten Lichtschalter und die etwas wackelige Doppelmatratze.

The check in time was 0300 pm and my room was ready only at almost at 0500 pm, has been waiting in the lobby. Shower set up is terrible. Some type of the plastic glass and all the water on the floor that does not make it to the drain so constantly used towels to dry it.

I will definitely stay again at this hotel , the location is perfect , you can walk to san Telmo , plaza de mayo , obelisco , teatro Colón , casa rosada ,puerto Madero or you can take a taxi , super easy and taxis are not expensive. Also the front desk employees ara very attentive, profesional, they make you feel at home. I think the person that did our check inn was Gabriel, don’t remember his name but he was very very nice. Our room was always clean 1059. Thank you to the cleaning lady don’t know her name but she did a good job.Last day they held our luggage , so we could sightseeing until it was time to go to the airport , and called a taxi for us. We did not use the breakfast lounge because a friend of mine recommended the cafe next to the hotel called Pertutti and after the first breakfast we went there every day, but I saw a lot of guess going to the 7 floor at the hotel for breakfast. Our stay at this hotel and in general in BA was wonderful.

Kept me awake
My room was next to the breakfast room. From wednesday to sunday this also becomes a bar from 18h till 24h. This comes with music, loud talking, trollies going around on a tiled floor (on thursdaynight this happened at 1:30am!!) , door slamming and I even had some hammering. I paid to get sleep not to be kept awake!! Otherwise the hotel was goid...the aerea is not the best to be in, dead at night.

Good stay in perfect central location of Buenos Aires. The Rooms in NH Collection are not 5 Star Quality. Various small problems that could easily be fixed.

The rooms are so large and comfortable for the price paid. Staff is so friendly. One day waiting for an excursion pick up, the fellow behind the desk walk up to me and asked if he would like me to make a call to the company regarding the delay in pick up. That's above, and beyond!

We love this Buenos Aires hotel. The location is fantastic and the rooms are great. Breakfast is wonderful and the staff at the reception are extremely professional and helpful
