Good sized room in an intimate hotel in the fun area of Palermo, despite which it was pretty quiet in the room at night (excellent!); shower powerful, bed comfy, restaurant in evening was lively and good value; breakfast (included in rate) was pretty good. Matthias on Reception was particularly helpful and professional.

O restaurante e o bar estavam fechados, sem funcionar nada, pois os funcionários estavam de ferias. Isso foi um inconveniente, se soubesse, teria ido para outro hotel.

Irregular e precisa de manutenção
Tivemos uma experiência abaixo do esperado. Em resumo: Quarto: 6/10 dado que o ar condicionado era split, muito barulhento e sem controle de volune de ventilação. Tivemos de desligar para conseguir dormir, mesmo no calor. Banheiro: 8/10 com bom chuveiro e espaço dentro fo esperado. Café da Manhã: 9/10 muito bom para a categoria. Academia: 3/10 com todos equipamentos precisando de manutenção, além de pouquíssimos pesos. Piscina: 6/10 pois precisa de manutenção também. Há um interessante e agradável gramado. Não há guarda-sol, logo fica-se 100% do tempo exposto ao sol.

The location is perfect, we could walk everywhere. Staff was very friendly and helpful with everything we needed (recommendations, transportation, etc) always on point. I would stay here again on my next visit to Buenos Aires

Great area, good hotel. Old building so there are some plumbing issues. No pressure from sink or shower at times and brown water coming out of both at times also. Property is very quick at fixing the issues. Also, asked for late checkout and due to availability was denied. However staff desk did tell us they’d hold our luggage while we roamed around the area until our ride to the airport came. Overall a good hotel for a budget in Buenos Aires. Not to mention right next door to the 2-star Michelin restaurant Parilla Don Julio. Book months in advance if you want to go! I highly recommend it! Messi eats there!

Quarto barulhento : 3 máquinas de ar condicionado
Primeiro quero elogiar os funcionários da recepção que são atenciosos . Hotel : o Hotel está bem localizado, o quarto é amplo , mas muito barulhento a noite . Mesmo trocando de quarto eu escutava um barulho . Fiquei no quarto 409 que fica ao lado do elevador e possui 3 máquinas de ar condicionado na sacada, sendo que uma máquina não pertencia ao quarto 409, então eu que estava no quarto ficava ouvindo o barulho do equipamento do quarto vizinho porque a janela não é a prova de som.Isso torna uma tortura na hora de dormir. Recomendo que ao se hospedarem nesse hotel, não ficar nos quartos ao lado do elevador, pois você não conseguirá dormir. Outro detalhe , o banheiro não tem box fechado o que causa alagamento no banheiro, toda vez que for tomar banho.

Localização excelente, ao lado do restaurante Don Julio. Iluminação do quarto é somente indireta... muito escuro para o meu gosto... chuveiro excelente mas o banheiro, como da maioria dos hoteis, alaga com facilidade e também é muito escuro. Café da manha um pouco enjoativo, embora tenha mais opções do que o normal em Buenos Aires. Eu voltaria.

The Pleno is in an excellent location. We could walk to many restaurants and bars and did a lot of sightseeing by foot. The staff were wonderful. We booked football and a tango show through them and everything was looked after and they explained everything very well. The breakfast was delicious with lots of fruit and coffee. The breakfast staff were also attentive and looked after us well.

Not a great breakfast experience
Service at breakfast was not great. We were never offered warm food as other tables were and on one occasion we were asked quite rudely to leave (to make room for other guests) while we were still drinking coffee.

This property is in a gidd location and looks modern and pretty, but I have to tell you that it is not at all quite. I think it was built cheaply with little to no insulated. I was laying on my bed on the second floor and could hear every word 2 guys on the street were having in a conversation. Also, the doors are Soo loud every time someone else on the floor went in or out of their room, I could not take an afternoon nap because of the noise. And each room has its own AC/heat. It was either freezing or hot in my room no matter what I set the temp at. It was there for 3 nights and contemplated leaving early a few times.

The room was perfect. I worked remote for a week from this hotel and the wifi was perfect. Also the room was very sound proof so I didn’t hear anyone playing music or watching tv. Breakfast was delicious and the staff was so friendly.

We checked in a bit early only to find out they had overbooked the hotel and the large suite with living room and couch I reserved wasn’t available, only a standard room. They offered to waive the $60 fee for the extra person and bring in a pull out. I was told there would be an additional room available for the rest of our stay starting the next day which we would get at a discount on top of refunding the difference in price for the suite. To my surprise the next morning when we asked about checking into the additional room, they had booked it out and it too was now no longer available. I was then told I would receive a full refund for the hotel. That evening when inquiring with the manager I was now told a full refund was not the case, only the difference in the cost from the suite to standard room. To say the least our stay was completely uncomfortable. The hotel of broken promises. DO NOT STAY HERE
