Muy bien para estar con niños. La parte de cocina y mesa para comer es todo muy compacto pero funcional. Nos arreglamos para comer en el balcón. Fuimos en otoño y los niños pudieron estar una tarde en la pileta de la terraza!! Lo recomiendo

The pool is non existent what is ok if it wasn’t that is displayed so prominently in the pictures of the property. The gym is worse. The attention is very good and the location is also good.

Nice apart hotel in a very good area.
Very nice apartments with hotel services in a great location, walking distance to downtown and many attractions, pubs and restaurants, metro stations and lot of bus lines . Staff are very nice. 100% recommended.

cómodo y muy buen ubicado para viajar con niños
Realicé un corto viaje con mis dos hijos. El departamento me resultó amplio y cómodo para no "chocarnos" entre los tres. La cocina completa, había dos televisores y aire acondicionado split, y un balcón bastante grande. La ubicación es muy buena, y más allá de estar a 100 m de Av Santa Fe, está a pasos de supermercados, deliverys y frente a un estacionamiento con estadía a precio razonable. No nos dieron desayuno, pero lo pedimos a una confitería enfrente y en 5 minutos llegaba. Quizás mejoraría un poco la limpieza: no estaba mal, pero podría ser un poco más intensiva. La recepción no está realmente en el lobby las 24 hs,pero se localiza llamando a un interno. Volvería en un próximo viaje a iguales tarifas: me resultó muy positivo el balance precio/comodidades. Sugiero los departamentos A ( hay dos por piso A y B) si son 4 huéspedes por el armado de las camas

Good location in the Recoleta neighborhood, around 2 blocks from Callao (D) station. Nice walk going to the cemetery and the market. Supermarkets, restaurants and kioks are all around. It is basically a serviced apartment, you get a living area with a couch, kitchen with the necessary equipment, counter table, sleeping area separated by cabinets. Very spacious, unit is cleaned daily and cleaned very well. Very convenient for people who would like to prepare their own food and want a big space. To enter the bldg you need a key, so security is very good. There is also a safe in the room to keep valuables. Wifi is pretty spotty especially at night, had to ask them to restart the router it was so bad. But ok during the day. The staff are very helpful and accommodating. Can call them anytime from the unit for assistance. Some speak english, some only spanish so it was a challenge sometimes.

Excelente ubicación para estar a pasos de cualquier cosa que quieras visitar. Lugar sin sorpresas, tal cual se ve en las fotos que ofrecen. Un poco más de atención a los detalles, harían aún mejor la experiencia en el hospedaje.

Great for a short city break
Stayed for 2 nights with my family (3 children) and room slept 5 comfortably, and had basic cooking facilities. Good air conditioning which is essential in peak summer. Breakfast delivered to our room was very helpful (if a little limited). Staff very helpful and spoke enough English. For a small charge, allowed us to stay until 8pm on check out day, which was extremely helpful.

Convenient Location
It was November, nice Weather, the Jacarandas Trees where in full bloom, blue-violet flowers. Very good Restaurants in every corner, food excellent, taxis everywhere, the management personal very nice, all kinds of Information, we had a very good time. The only thing that I will say is that the Bathroom Tub is very slippery, but, they have grab bars, it help.

My family and I had a nice stay at these apartments. The staff was very friendly and helpful (they did help arrange a airport pickup by reaching out to them before we arrive). The room was quite large, simple and in a good location for many sights. The kitchen had an odd collection of pots and pans but plenty for any meal we wanted to make. The breakfast (coffee, sweet breads, fruit, chocolate) delivered to the room every morning was a nice treat. Overall I would recommend this hotel to other travelers.

En general bien: los apartamentos están bien ubicados (lugar seguro, cerca a zonas comerciales y transporte público), personal amable y servicial, sin embargo debo hacer notar que requieren mejorar en la limpieza de las habitaciones y renovar los protectores de colchones / ropa de cama, tuvimos la mala suerte que nos tocaron sucios.

Tiene muy buena ubicación, la cocina completa, muy tranquilo y comodo. El unico inconveniente fue que todos los días tuvimos que pedir que nos completen el 5to vaso (sólo había 4). Todo lo demás excelente. Lo recomiendo.

Muy limpio el cuarto, servicio bueno, lo único que no sabia, es que al ser apart hotel no tiene "recepción todo el día", hay un horario de noche que te dan las llaves de la puerta de entrada, pero no hay "portero 24 horas" pero la zona es muy buena y frente por frente hay estacionamiento, ya que si bien no tienen estacionamiento en el hotel tenés uno en frente.

Good location/price for families, but snooty staff
The hotel was nice and in a central location for Recoleta and the Subte lines. This area has declined a bit since I last visited many years ago, but it still has its advantages and amenities. I was with my spouse and two small children, and having a full kitchen and breakfast delivered was very convenient. Breakfast in Argentina is simple; toast, jams, juices and coffee, but we were fine with it. The cleaning staff was friendly. That said, the reception staff could have been a lot friendlier. On one day, another family was trying to have its reservation honored, but the staff seemed to have mixed up reservations and would not honor it. The staff wouldn't even call its sister hotels or help out in any way. I found it pretty rude. Also, when we came back to pick up our luggage to head out to the airport, the receptionist was no where to be found and the outside door was locked. We waited for 15, maybe 20 minutes ringing the reception doorbell, then every single door bell to the rooms. Meanwhile, the cops asked our awaiting taxi to move or be towed, and when the receptionist finally resurfaced she asked why we hadn't rung the doorbell. We said we had several dozen times, and she said that we had not or she would have heard it. We could even hear it from outside! I thought it was a really rude response, and she may have been "taking something" because something was not right with her.

Equipe do hotel muito receptiva, prontamente a ajudar, café da manha caseiro, quarto super aconchegante. Recomendadíssimo.
