Value and location
Hola . Put it this way , it’s great hotel ,when it’s come to location and valuation . I guess what I’m trying to say with a money you pay it’s totally worth it . Also I need to give a big thanks to the boss . He was very kind and helpful . Also if you are into the gym . There is a gym just Oposit of the hotel , for one day entrance 150 Around 2 or 3 us dollars . And it’s open from 10-22:00 pm . You can have your quick work out . Thanks for having me

No está bueno para viaje de trabajo.
No reciben tarjeta de crédito, sólo efectivo o por mercado pago. Por la noche no hay personal en la puerta. El colchón muy incómodo. No tiene buena relación precio/calidad.

Safe basic accommodation with helpful staff
Convenient, very safe location right in the middle of all the action. Property is older--torrential rain during my stay led to roof leaks in the hallways/landings with buckets catching the water. Breakfast was minimal, some croissants and toast. Stairs are steep, no elevators. Security is excellent as front door is always locked. Staff are very friendly and eager to assist the hotel guests. I did notice the wood floor in the room was very dirty, as after walking just a dozen steps or so the bottoms of my feet were black. Also, during the shower, the hot water would just randomly turn off (I don't mean turn cold, I mean turn OFF completely) and then 2 minutes later turn back on. This happened 3 times during one shower. Overall, I would say this is a fair value for the money, given the location and the helpfulness of all the front desk staff. Despite the few flaws, I would still stay here again in the future and would recommend this to travelers who want a good deal in the heart of all the action without spending a fortune. Note that the neighborhood is very noisy (not the fault of the hotel of course) so if you are a light sleeper, this area of Palermo could be a problem. The hotel guests themselves were all respectful and quiet.

Nice stay in Palermo
Nice place to stay. Nothing special about it but nothing wrong either. Friendly staff. Rooms are basic but do the job. Excellent neighbourhood around Palermo with great places to go out and eat/drink! Wifi only works in the reception area.

Great location with incredible staff
Incredible location in Palermo but what sets this place apart is the staff. We arrived into BA very early morning, and flew out at midnight, and they were very accommodating allowing us to check in early when we arrived, and access a shower the day we left before a long flight home, and helped us out with any questions we had during our stay. Vibe is more like a b&b than a hotel or hostel, and location is close to lots of great bars in Palermo.

We were supposed to stay 4 nights but checked out after the first morning. Small room with mold in the corners, blood stains on the sheets, and the shower only ran freezing cold or very hot. Not a pleasant stay.

Small room, fine for a night or 2. No elevator, narrow stairs to navigate to 2nd floor. Lots of interesting restaurants nearby. Tried Hola Jacoba - latkes with salmon, a new fav. Pablo & Dahlia were a big help in booking Colonia Express tickets, the kind of service you would not find at larger properties & very much appreciated. Breakfast simple, but with croissants that good, very pleased.

Todo muy bien. Solo que cdo abrí cama para acostarme encontré 3 pequeñas arañas, así que revolvi todo para cerciorar que no hubieran más. Lo demás, muy bien, desayuno algo pobre.

Great for those who want to stroll Buenos Aires
This hotel is in a wonderful location. We walked around the neighborhood to shops and restaurants and also to the Botanical Gardens. The staff provided maps and oriented us to the neighborhood upon arrival and they stored our luggage so we could enjoy our last day in Argentina before heading to the airport.

Home away fro home...
This place is truly amazing! The staff is first class, super helpful and knowledgeable about the area. Happy to assist with anything you may need; restaurant recommendation, tour reservation or even sorting out your laundry at a great price :) The location could not be any better, very close to the old city/historic centre with many amazing restaurants, but far enough to be a very relaxing and quiet. ... and finally the "icing on the cake" - the espresso machine and the afternoon cake!! I miss this place already!

Excelente ubicación. En la opción de pago seleccioné tarjeta de crédito, sin embargo al llegar al hotel era sólo efectivo o débito. Lo pudimos solucionar, pero no corresponde. El resto todo perfecto.

Bien ubicado
Su ubicación es muy buena porque está cerca de la plaza y los bares. La habitación era linda pero con algunas manchas de humedad y arañas por todos lados y hasta una cucaracha muerta nos recibió en el baño. La limpieza se veía bien hasta que empecé a correr las camas para matar las arañas y los rincones estaban llenos de tierra. Otra cosa desagradable fue que nosotros fuimos con niños y se escuchaban demasiado los ruidos de las otras Habitaciones y Justo había una pareja muy enamorada en el cuarto del al lado porque lo que fue bastante incómodo estar escuchando cdo tenían relaciones.

En cuanto a lo de la cucaracha muerta, justamente sucede porque el hotel esta fumigado, posiblemente haya salido de la rejilla del baño. lamentamos no haberla visto antes de que ingrese, posiblemente sucedio posterior a su ingreso y a la revision de habitaicón. Con respecto rincones con tierra y arañas trataremos de mejorar ese tema con nuestra persona de limpieza. Gracias!

Good value for Palermo
Decent place for the price. Clean and the water was hot. Friendly staff. Don’t expect a mint on your pillow; those are available in the neighborhood but at three times the price.

Great place to stay!
Very friendly staff and owners. Great value to stay in the Palermo Soho area. Room was large, air conditioning worked good, and lots of hot water for the shower. I highly recommend this hotel!

Habitación regular, personal muy agradable
La atención del personal del hotel fue excelente. Viajé con dos niños y recibí toda la ayuda que necesité. La habitación es mucho más pequeña de lo que muestran las fotos (estuve en una habitación triple) y lo que no me gustó fue que no había calefacción adecuada. Hacía mucho frío, y en el baño no había calefacción. Me facilitaron una estufa eléctrica que ayudó bastante. El acolchado de la cama de dos plazas (una cama bastante angosta) era de una plaza, o sea, no llegaba a cubrir la totalidad de la cama. La limpieza era regular, lo mismo que el estado de la habitación (paredes a medio pintar, cortinas black out pero colocadas de manera tal que la luz del día pasaba por los costados de las ventanas, toallas viejas, un placard con un espejo suelto adentro). El servicio de la habitación no se hizo porque yo no coloqué el cartel colgado del picaporte de la puerta de la habitación (cartel que estaba escondido en el placard, y de cuya existencia nadie me había advertido). El hotel cuenta con una cocina muy bien equipada y con sector para comer. A 100 metros hay un supermercado en donde venden comida para llevar. A pocos metros del hotel hay un estacionamiento pago. También se puede dejar el auto en la calle.

Le comento su duda; con respecto al servicio de desayuno ya esta aclarado al momento que realizo la reserva dado que la misma dice que la tarifa no incluye régimen de comidas. Con respecto al precio, las tarifas en Expedia están cargadas en dolares, ya que es una pagina internacional y en el caso de pasajeros que abonen en pesos se les toma al cambio oficial. Bairro bom Hotel Ruim.
Serviço de recepção somente até as 22hrs, caso você chegue depois deste horário por qualquer imprevisto, ficará na rua, pois não haverá ninguém na recepção e a porta estará trancada. Banheiro minusculo horrível para tomar banho. Berço da bebê sem colchão, por isso ela teve que dormir na cama de casal e eu na cama de solteiro. Na seleção do site, indiquei hotel com café da manhã e quando cheguei no hotel não havia. Além de ter que pagar em dólar no ato no hotel, mas só fiquei sabendo que não seria cobrado em real depois que fiz a reserva no Hotel.com e não poderia cancelar. Não recomendo!

Overall I would recommend Republica Palermo. The only slightly downside is that it was a bit of a walk to the subtle (about 15 minutes), which you need to take to get to many of the tourist attractions in Buenos Aires. However, it is close to many great cafes, restaurants and bars and it is a really beautiful area, so it depends what you're after in your holiday.
