9일동안 출장때문에 있었음. 마지막날 체크아웃하는데 시간이 1시간걸림 직원이 신입인지 카드취소승인을 몇번씩 하는건지 ㅇㅓ리 버ㄹI함. 결정적으로 ㅅㅔ탁물을 한번 맡ㄱㅕ서 십만원쯤 ㄴr와야 하는데 ㅅr십만원을 청구ㅎr다 딱걸림. ㄱr짜 영수증 가져와서 ㅅㅔ탁했ㄷr고 하고... 결국 안내긴 핬지만 쉐라톤인데 어ㅇI없음.

it was good.
I stayed in the hotel for one day, but it was good. the people in there are very kind. but when we have the food in the morning, they asked us to have another floor and it was bed compared as 3rd floor.

The elevators of this hotel are scary. I will never stay there again. Please, close the hotel for 2 months and get new elevators! They just do not work well anymore. Also: Please do some renovation. Get new carpets! Everything is outdated. The food at breakfast is OK, but the room is much to small for all of the guests. You have bigger rooms on the same floor, use them!

Stay away. There are better options
The location was good and breakfast had variety. Hotel is very dated. The mattress was lumpy and looked very worn. There were no tissues available. At checking we had to walk 1/2 block with lots of luggage as the valet/main entrance was closed. The elevators were small and slow. A lady at reception was unfriendly, on second day demanded to see our room key when we entered the lobby. She said it was “standard procedure” although it was never requested the prior day nor subsequently.

Gute Lage und ansprechendes Hotel
Das Hotel hat eine sehr gute Lage. Viele Sehenswürdig- keiten sind zu Fuss erreichbar und zudem liegt das Hotel in einem sicheren Gebiet, wo man auch am Abend zu Fuss ausgehen kann. Die Zimmer sind sehr gross und sauber. Allerdings ist das Hotel etwas in die Jahre gekommen, was sich ab abgenutztem Mobiliar und besonders im Badezimmer bemerkbar macht, weshalb das Hotel nur 4 Sterne von mir erhält. Die Bar in der Lobby, welche gleichzeitig auch als Restaurant dient, ist eher nüchtern und bietet keine Ambiance, dafür sind die Preise für ein Hotel dieser Kategorie günstig. Das Frühstück ist in Buffetform und bietet eine gute Auswahl.

以前はシェラトンだったのに
10年以上前に2回ほど滞在したことがあります。 かなり建物、部屋が老朽化してきてはいるが、サービスは良い。 立地条件は、大変良く買い物飲食も便利。 ウルグアイ行くのも港が近いから便利です。

Hotel pertencia a uma grande rede norte-americana. Tem estrutura física de hotel cinco estrelas mas está mal conservado, a piscina está interditada e alguns serviços funcionam precariamente, como sistema de elevadores. Boa relação custo-beneficio.

Falta atendimento as solicitações da reserva
O Hotel é bom, tive problema com as solicitações feitas na reserva, foi pedido um quarto com acessibilidade, porém o hotel não me disponibilizou o mesmo, por conta disso tive problema para utilizar o banheiro. No momento da reserva não foi informado que a piscina e a academia estariam em reforma e sem disponibilidade de uso. Não foi oferecido o upgrade de quarto para o cliente GOLD, nem os outros benefícios.

The location is excellent near port for a day trip to Montevideo, major shopping mall is very close and plenty of areas to explore. This hotel is clean, the staff was very helpful and I highly recommend this hotel.

Péssima estadia!
O quarto estava empoeirado na nossa chegada. O lounge do hotel carece ser lavado e polido. Visivelmente mau cuidado e sem manutenção.Todo hotel, principalmente as áreas acarpetadas cheirando mofo, muito forte. Idem armários dos quartos! Frigobar praticamente vazio e sem serviço de quartos. Recepcionistas pouco atenciosos. Pedir comida ou um taxi é até ofensa! Não recomendo e não volto. Hotel 3 estrelas forçado!

Buen Hotel en el centro de Buenos Aires. Volvería.
El hotel me gusta x su ubicación,tiene todo cerca, pese a q no es de las mejores zonas está en una Avenida y es más seguro.Las Habitaciones son amplias,cómodas,tienen todo lo necesario,hasta TV smart.Tuve un problema al llegar con el wifi q no conectaba pero después de unas horas lo solucionaron y funcionó Perfecto.Como negativo diría que las instalaciones podrían estar más actualizadas,más modernas.Pero todo funciona perfecto.

A terrific hotel for the price!
The hotel has been around for a while. The staff is GREAT, very enthusiastic and with a big heart. Rooms are very comfortable. Beds are just very nice, with great linens. Decor is a bit early 2000s. Pool was not yet ready. For the price is quite a bargain, right in the middle of EVERYTHING in BA. Will stay again. Thanks guys, fantastic stay!

I had to ask twice about the discount offered. Eventually recieved at checkout. Booked a twice the price taxi to airport..didn't arrive and staff hailed basic taxi from street but had to pay same price as they spoke to driver. Also offered Margaritas on menu but didn't have the makings..pity.
