I am sorry but we do not have bed bugs in our hotel and for the ice we had a sign go to the office, And we never have problem with a/c units.We are sorry.

We do not have problem with this we have been renting this room all the time.

We never had problem with our rooms and we do not have bugs in the rooms either.If you were not happy with the room you should come to the office and we would give you refund. But you stayed all night and the rooms you left was a mess with beer bottles every where.We had another customer in the same rooms few nights before they like the same room and they compliment about the room and they stayed few nights and no complain. Hello all the hotels check in time is at 3.00 pm When you check in we did greet you and rented a room and we even change the sheets for you and gave you the toilet paper and gave you iron and ironing board. you still not happy with our service so please next time do not make reservation at our location. thank you Mgr

I think we did take care of the problem with you but still you were not happy. So next day I told you to leave I give credit for next day but you stayed and ask for 5 more towels but the house keeper already took care of the room.And when you came in the evening and calling the front desk curing at me that is wrong thats why I hang up the phone. Hello we never had problem with these rooms you paid for 2 beds with 2 person. We gave you same way on the reservation 2 beds 2 person but you were 3 people we did not charge you for extra person.You called me for ice machine I told you bring your ice bucket and I gave you some ice. and also if you were happy with room I would have let you go next day and charge you only 1 night.

hello mike what do you mean by sleeping in an astray thew room you check in was non smoking . and the carpet in the hallway is padded how can it roll. and this hotel is indoor, we have smoking and non smoking rooms. I am sorry but your next visit to our hotel we will give you 10% discount on you room rate thank you .
