Felipa and her staff make you feel so welcomed here, it’s like visiting family. Despite the fact the hotel does need updating, it is very clean and the vibe is amazing!! In the lobby, the pool, the breakfast room everyone was always talking to each other as they’ve known each other for years! Because Felipe and her staff make it feel like home! I can’t wait to visit again!!

Smelled of marijuana upstairs. There was food across the hall in the vending room that had just been sitting there the whole time and smelled rotten. The tub was chipped and cracked and the grout near the bottom was chipping out too. The pool and hot tub were not open, which was one of our biggest reasons for booking an indoor pool. No bedding for pullout couch and had to make 2 trips for extra towels for the 5 of us, that were on the reservation, as there was only enough for 3.

The desk front agent was very nice and helpful. The bathtub needs to be changed it has rust… the breakfast was good and the bed was really comfortable.

We liked everything, except the shower water pressure you had to dance around to get wet. The faucet in the shower was just about to fall off. Also the “full breakfast”, only had eggs and sausage patties. There was no gravy, biscuit or even bacon.

A great hotel for the price. The staff go out of the way to help you. If I were to change anything it would be the bed. Hotel is a step up from motel 6 but a step down bed wise from comfort suites.

Decent Beds clean rooms most staff is friendly just don’t try to go down and get breakfast at six like it says on the door because on the weekends they open later for breakfast

The motel, was run down and very dirty. The rooms smelled of curry and it looked somebody had died in the bathtub. Hotels.com advertised a gym and a pool, both which were not in working order.

What i didn't like is that they claim to have a heated pool. They do not. It was closed because it wasn't. They room was clean, very nice and the breakfast is good.

The hotel was by no means a 5 star hotel but it was perfect for just a place for the family to sleep for the night to attend a family function in the area the next day and break up our drive.

This is an older property, which is why it's cheaper. That always comes with wear and tear. I was greeted by the night clerk who was all ready for me. I asked places to eat late, and he gave me easy directions to what was nearby and open. My room was clean and comfortable. I just needed crash space for the night, but would have been satisfied with a more extended stay. Breakfast options included scrambled eggs, sausage, biscuits, fresh-made waffles, oatmeal, bagels, toast, muffins, yogurt, cereal with a selection of juices, coffee, hot tea. I would easily stay again.

No WIFI like advertised indoor pool and hot tub didn’t work. Which was the whole reason of going to the location. Bathroom felt like was going to fall out room stunk and bathtub was nasty.

The pool and hottub heater wasnt working. The GM allowed me a couple of hours in an unrented hot tub room so my 5 year old could swim around in it. I really like how they went the extra mile for me.

Everything was good. The staffing were excellent very friendly and kind. Our room had a few minor damage but nothing that made our stay uncomfortable. The breakfast was great, it had everything you will need to star your day.

We had roaches in our room. My 4 year old grandson had some kind of bites on him. We took pictures and showed hotel staff and they said we had to go through Expedia for any complaints/compensation. Expedia was not helpful. $21 when my grandson got bit from something in the room is not acceptable AT All.

The rooms were very nice and clean, the staff was amazing from the front desk clerk to the housekeepers, they were all friendly and helpful. We were there for Friday the 13th and there is a gal in there doing tattoos for $20! Where else can you find that? There was even an outdoor Halloween themed birthday party and they invited everybody! It was just an all-around wonderful experience. Thank you

The hotel was outdated. There was massive stains on the carpets, the jacuzzi tubin our room was not cleaned, the room smells, the blinds and curtains had several dime sized holes due to assumed moths, and the breakfast served in the morning was gross and over cooked. I will not be staying there again.
