Putting LIPSTICK on a PIG!! I cannot believe this place is even in the wyndhams property. The front desk person Wyatt J was rude and a smart-ass. I asked him for a receipt and he asked me why did I need it??? Really??? Then the pet policy he would not give me a copy of but yet required me to sign it and when I asked him to give me a copy with his signature he said no I'm not giving you my autograph...... I had requested a bottom floor as I am disabled and have a registered service animal. He put me on the third floor. When I got up there the room was so covered in dust I could actually write my name in it. This place is a dump!!!! DO NOT STAY HERE BY ANY MEANS!!! I wish they would let me post the pictures I took of all the dirt, holes in the walls, stained carpets, and sheets....

Felt like the windows needed to be clear and had white powder in it. We couldn’t even see through the windows to the outside. I felt unsafe in the environment and more staff was needed. The staff member that was there was friendly but clearly over worked with no help.

A nice place to stay.
The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was a nice size and was very clean. The bed was very comfortable. It was nice to have waffles for breakfast in the morning along with fruit, juice and coffee. The price was very reasonable and we were able to bring our miniature Eskimo dog. I would recommend this place to friends.

Only two rooms occupied on the entire 4th floor, mine and the pne next to me. All was good until 2.35am when the neighbors got home. Four of them were yelling like a Quaterback calling play in the Superbowl. Last an hour . I probably wont stay there again

I have stayed at much worse hotels, but this hotel was definitely not at the standard level of "clean". The bed was decent but some of the linens appeared stained and dingy. The bathroom was on the dirty side. There were numerous areas of the building in various states of disrepair. This location is definitely in the top ten worst hotels I have stayed at.

The only issue I had was, there was a few strands of hair on the bathroom floor, and stuck to the shower wall. Overall, I enjoyed my stay.

Had confirmation for king bed ended up with 2 double beds. Wyatt tried to tell me he might have one later. That was at 6:00 pm. At 9:35 pm a couple checked in and got a king bed. Sun morning Norm told me it was Hotels.com over booked them. Place is filthy.

The property was filthy, old and run down. I turned on the heat, the room filled with a horrible odor and the smoke detector went off. The staff had coached replies to all the my complaints and all the other complaining guests i met. No one cleaned, emptied outdoor ashtrays or garbage cans or even wiped down the elevator key pad. It was just nasty and decrepit there. The hallway carpets were horribly stained,. I could go on, it was not a pleasant stay. I do not recommend this hotel to others and shame on Wyndham for attaching their name to this facility.

Very dirty
Very dirty place... floors were dirty, sheets were dirty looked like someone already slept in the bed cause there was dirt and grass in betweenthe sheets at the bottom. my grandsons bed had a big hole in the mattress. Very dirty windows, would NOT recommend this place.

When we got into the room the air was set to 67° it was super hot and it only blew warm air out no matter how low it was turned down. We asked for another room. Wyatt said there were no rooms. We checked Expedia and there were rooms. We called Wyndham and they said there were rooms even though Wyatt said there were no rooms. When we caught him in a lie he then said there was another room but the air didn’t work and said there was a king size room and then back tracked and there really wasn’t one. The solution was to give us a box fan which when we turned it on one of the fan blades broke. The only other hotel near was another Wyndham hotel that had worst ratings and reviews than this one, so we had to stay put. The room was dirty, curtains were shredded with yellow stains, floor was filthy with dirt and grime. it clearly had not been swept in a while. The windows had mold all over them. So negative 5 stars. Do not recommend. I took pics and would add if I could.

After reading the reviews and seeing it was 2 1/2 stars I was worried because it was so cheap. But I was pleasantly surprised. The rooms were nice and beds were comfortable. Even the continental breakfast was good.

While the sheets were changed and the bed was comfortable and roomy, the room had not really been cleaned. There was crusty ketchup on top of the fridge, crumbs and dirt all over the floor, hair in the bathroom, an old bar of soap was left on the sink, and to top it off, there was a mouse in the room. I brought this to the attention of the manager and he came and cleaned it himself because no other staff was on duty. Also, no cups were made available in the room. No discount was offered. I was told that an entirely new housekeeping staff had been hired last week and money was being spent on improvements, so hopefully with time this will improve, but I would definitely not stay here again. The surrounding properties were additionally in great disrepair and I would not feel comfortable walking around here at night. The two managers on duty that I'd talked to were kind and helpful, but that's all I could recommend of this hotel.

Wyatt was friendly and informative. Towels had holes all over, tub was dirty, bed had food crumbs, curtains had holes that shined lights in all night, TV was down so low it was uncomfortable to watch anything from the bed. King bed had a queen comforter and the spare comforter had holes and was also a queen size. There was rotted food left in the mini fridge. Slim variety for breakfast. Faucets were loose and the placement of the handle was put on wrong so the temps werent correct by extreme measures, lights would flicker and sometimes turn off by themselves, outlets arched when plugging something in, no bathroom vent for shower causing moisture to build up and you could clearly see where mold has been painted over on ceiling and walls.

It's old and run down
The rooms are very outdated. Everything can use a good scrubbing: floor sticky, hot tub had rings, flys buzzing around, fridge had crusty something in it. Due to water in the basement the fire alarm went off about 4 times in little over an hour. Left and got a room down the street because no guarantee the alarm would stop. No refund cause i was checked in for a bit over 3 hrs.

If you wanna stay in a room that a sauna well here you go check in wasn’t very impressed on how the property looked at all then got up to my room A/C wasn’t working went to look around check the bed was hairs all on it like it hadn’t been cleaned ended checking out and staying at super 8 a lot cleaner and ac worked.oh and they charge even for a bad experience and a dirty room

Not to clean
The hotel was conveniently located. The hotel didn’t have a diabetic friendly breakfast. The rooms were not cleaned as we stayed there. I had to finally ask for clean towels. They seemed to be short on staff and run by one family trying to do it all - desk, food, cleaning.
