Hotel was clean and staff was nice, but the pool and hot tub were not open and that info was not provided when booking. If it's going to be used as a selling point, it should be operational.

Bedding was very comfortable, shower had great water pressure, room was clean and nicely decorated and staff were friendly and helpful. The area is quiet and there are a few restaurants within walking distance. Downtown was a 5 minute drive with a good selection of restaurants. We ate at The Grange which had locally sourced ingredients and everything was homemade and remarkably delicious.

Great deal for price!
Very nice check in clerk, nice room, VERY comfy bed! Clean, quiet, fantastic breakfast-even had eggs and sausage!

Brief stay
The room was grungy. We kept our bare feet off the carpet and the bathtub was disgusting. We didn’t use it, just washed in the sink as best we could. The scrambled eggs were too salty to eat and being pescatarian and gluten- intolerant, yogurt was the only option available. Will never stay there again.

The staff was friendly and helpful. But the rooms were smelly, air conditioner didn't cool the room sufficiently. First room they gave us smelled like stale, old cigarette smoke. I have COPD, could not breathe. Second room smelled like a whole other musty smell, better than stale smoke. The beds are extremely uncomfortable, hubby and I did not sleep well and woke up in pain. The towels were thin, old, zero quality. The hotel smelled more like a restaurant than a hotel. Some of the lobby furniture needs to be replaced, it was very worn and old. The breakfast is very limited and the coffee is disgusting. We had to order Dunkin coffee every morning for some good coffee. We found out that the hotel is under recent, new management and saw that some changes are being made in the hotel so we hope to be able to stay in an awesomely upgraded Inn someday.

The pool and hot tub were out of order. The tv didnt work. The bed was actually broken but someone had hodged podged it to make it appear to be a safe bed. Easily the worst hotel experience I have had in the last 30 years, and not even close.

The property was great. However, when we went to check out we were overcharged. We had booked through expedia and paid through expedia. The hotel charged us the full price on check out. Waiting on a refund.

I did not like that the website has pictures of a full functioning gym and then when we get there we are told it has a month until it’s done. I don’t like that I had the air set at 63 on full blast and still woke up sweating I should have been freezing. There was no outdoor pool like the website showed.

This was such a great value. The hotel ticked all the boxes I’m looking for. The beds were clean and comfortable, the shower worked well, the WiFi was good, and they carry Direct TV, which means Turner Classic Movie (TCM) channel. I definitely want to stay here again the next time I’m in the area.

The parking lot and grounds need a lot of clean up and maintenance. From the outside the guest room windows were filthy. We almost didn’t go inside even though we had non-refundable reservations. We did check out our room which was okay for one night.

Over all our stay here was great. The room and bathroom were small but clean. My only complaint is when my Husband and I left around 830 am to get breakfast we decided to take our bag to the car. We never checked out because we didn't plan on leaving until 11 when it was time to check out. When we came back our entire room and been stripped by house keeping. My advice would be in the future if someone doesn't turn in their room keys or leave them in the room don't just assume they checked out.

Because I reserved online they would not give me what I reserved. I bought a room with hot tub in it. Highlight of my trip. I didn't get one. They wouldn't change it because I ordered online. Not good for Expedia is it? Cause I won't use it for this reason only.
