Nice room decor, outstanding view from the window (evergreen trees, birds of many kinds to watch, etc.),
Staff was attentive and very friendly --
I tend to avoid multiple-floor establishments, especially if there's only one elevator and it's pretty slow. Turned into quite a bottleneck, carrying up luggage, long ways from the far ends of the large parking lot.
Expedia listed room as "handicap accessible" (my wife has trouble with extended walks, stairs, etc.). Either they shunted us off to a different room, or they have very little idea what "handicap accessible" means...
To summarize, excellent well-equipped rooms, really nicely landscaped, but I'd recommend it's more suitable for younger, energetic guests...
