The hotel was very nice and affordable. Located in a working part of town, not touristy at all, but plenty of restaurants and conveniently located public transportation.

Good location and great food around
Good location (we chose the hotel for easy reach to the airport), great food around, and the staff were lovely. The room was clean but needs updating.

The Hotel is very clean and the staff very Friendly. I found Breakfast was just so so for a westerner. Location Great. Overall not really any complaints

Great location with easily accessible public transportation and amenities. Friendly and helpful staff. Rooms and facilities was nicer than pictured as well (very pleasant surprise). Would highly recommend for anyone traveling to Busan for business/pleasure

location is convenient, however surrounding back alley street is dirty. Room is spacious and clean. Breakfast is good. However, on last day due to early flight and not able to catch up breakfast, the front desk refuse to help to get a breakfast box (this is always doable in western hotel I stayed).

Awesome hotel in seomyeon
This is an exceptional hotel … it is clean and centrally located. The problem with Busan is things are far apart. I feel this was perfectly located to help me get from place to place. The staff are polite and nice. I would 100% stay in this hotel again.

This hotel was close to bus stop, metro entrance and taxi stands. We felt safe walking at night, 3 women alone. Was also close to a food alley and street food. As an American, the only drawback was the rooms were small. But all rooms tend to be small in Korea and Japan. It just fit the 3 of us with our 3 large suitcases. If you have more, you should book a suite type of room.

The location of the hotel is great, close to Seomyeon subway station (5mins walk), lots of dinning options around the hotel. The hotel have good ambience, it's safe and clean. However the room is a bit small though and the only issue that we're not so happy with is there is no hook at all to hang clothes in the bathroom, no hook and no space to put/hang clothes and used towels. Other than that everything is fine. Will still come back to stay next time.

Good location
Stayed for 4 nights. Location is great as it is close the 2 train stations, Buam and Seomyeon so going around Busan is pretty easy. Have a lot of dining options outside the hotel as well. Our room is spacious and clean but must say the bed is quite uncomfortable and find it hard to be able to sleep straight through the night even though we usually get back in the hotel after a LOT of walking. There's a free wifi but opted not to use it because it does not require password to access, used our rented pocket wifi instead. I find the staff, both in checking in and out, while they were able to assist us (as it should be), was detached and cold almost a snob.

The most uncomfortable sleep of my life. The hotel was set on putting heating in all the rooms (due to the cool weather), and because of this our room was often sitting at about 28 degrees and the only breeze that could come through was from the window (which would also let in all the noise from the busy streets below). We asked them three separate times to turn the heating OFF but no action. It's a shame, as this hotel was really centrally located near Seomyeon station and lots of great restaurants, pochas, and entertainment.
