チェックインカウンターの方がみんな優しくて丁寧でした。 ホテル自体はかなり古いですがその分値段が安いのでよかったです！ 何よりもホテルの方がみんな親切でした！

If you want to be in an area close to a bunch of cafes and places to do shopping during the day, this is the place to be. There is a subway station close by. It does get loud at night because a lot of people go to clubs in the area. However, like most of Korea, it is not an unsafe area to be even late at night. You probably won't want to hang out in your room because it is a bit dated, but if you need a cheaper, convenient option, this one is great! Also, the guy at the front desk was super kind even if he didn't speak English. :)

Good stay right in the middle of shopping and food
Great stay. Shopping and eatery everywhere. 24hrs noodle shop just across the street 3min walk. Near to subway approx 5-10mins walk via the underground shopping street. Good stay and likely recommend to others for the value and convience. Free water given. Room making and clean towels changed everyday without request. Friendly reception to greet you.

Absolutely disappointing! The pictures online are pretty accurate but the actual hotel room is more disappointing. As soon as you go up the elevator you’re welcomed with the most disgusting carpet floor. It was so dirty and the hallway had a unpleasant smell. The room itself is very small and the conditions are old. There was no outlet near the bed so it was very inconvenient to lay down and charge my phone. There was a hair on the bathrobe. The bathroom was the most disappointing. It’s very small. The lights were very dim and dark which gave the room a depressing atmosphere. They don’t provide an amenity bag with toothbrush or face wash. Only good thing about this hotel was the staff was friendly and The location was near many cafés and shopping district. Overall I paid about 77,000 won. If the price was cheaper it would be ok for one night. But for $77? I’ve stayed at better hotels for cheaper!! I definitely felt scammed and will never come back again!! DONT RECOMMEND!!

Thank you for your comments and wish we could provide better services. It is true that we suffered from COVID and maintenance of hotel was a big challenge. However, I can confidently tell you that we are recovering fast and made big progress already. As we do take your comments seriously, we wish we could provide better service to you next time.

Fine for a couple nights
Hotel is in a very busy location. The only good thing about that is it’s easy to find food. There is a Starbucks right in front so that is convenient. Hotel could use a face lift. Room was actually pretty big for Asia. Free breakfast isn’t fancy but helps get you out to see Busan faster.

Great location close with Seomyeon station and Jeonpo station. Staffs are very nice. Room is quite small but clean and have all necessary stuffs.

I've had a great time in Busan staying at Angel Hotel. The staff are friendly and response to my questions even before I arrived. The location of the hotel is awesome. There are many eateries around. It's located within walking distance to Seomyeon station (Metro line 1 and 2). You can easily explore all the attractions in Busan from here. One thing to take note - if you're coming from Seomyeon station, the easiest way for you is to head over to Seomyeon underground shopping mall (look for the sign) and then go out from Exit 14 (NOT the exit of the station). Overall, I'd recommend this hotel to all travelers who wish to explore Busan.

Location closed to shop lots
It was raining after our room check out, the hotel staff assist us to get a cab and even used umbrella to cover us and carried our luggage into the cab. We feel thankful and blessed.

Clean convenient worth the price but really basic
Everything was basic and clean. At a good area but a good 5 to 8 min walk to the nearest train station. Breakfast is really just egg and bread and corn soup. Really nothing to be looking forward about. You might even consider forgoing the free breakfast if you are staying there for more than 2 nights.

Nice hotel in good part of town. Room was spacious and everything necessary to make my stay comfortable. Several restaurants and coffee shops conveniently located near the hotel. Staff spoke enough English to answer my questions - were very helpful. Good price too! But eat breakfast somewhere else.....

In Shopping Street Area
This hotel is located in Seomyeon Shopping Street area therefore very lively in the day and night but noise isn't a problem as its located in one of the quiet lane. Take Exit 2 from Seomyeon station and navigate above ground is a better option, using Google Map gives a better accuracy compared to Maps.me. Had the double + single bed room, spare room enough to fit your bags and that's it. Breakfast simple.

Very well located for public transport.
The hotel was very well located for travel by public transport to all parts of Busan. The staff's English was limited but they tried hard to be helpful.

Strategic hotel near shoping area
This hotel located in the midle of shoping area. You can reach it with mrt too. Starbucks and mini mart across the hotel and there're a lot of shop around the area. The design of the room is a little old fashioned, the facilities is quite complete. And there's a dest and 2 chairs for us to eat or just relax. The bathroom is a little odd, the water from the shower run through the bottom of the sink, so never ever put something in the floor or it will get wet when someone use it. The themperature of the room is quite chilling in the nite. When we were there it's about 9c outsite, and we can still feel cold inside. There's no heater around.

Hotel staff was helpful and courteous and offered information of up to date events in Busan which we can go to. Conveniently locate near subway about 3 mins walk. Room size was a bit small.

Great location to use as a base to explore Busan. Right in the thick of all the action (restaurants, clubs, bars) but no noise issues in the room. Convenience store out front. Conveniently located close to several subway stations as well as train and bus to airport. Very quick and simple check-in and check-out. Rooms well stocked with amenities.

Hotel is placed in the heart of Seoymeon city.
Easy access to subway and airport limousine bus to Gimhae airport is nearby. Although reception staff have challenges in English, they tried their very best to help in action. With the centralised location, the cost of stay is reasonable with providing 'free' simple breakfast for customers.

Nice hotel. Despite the hotel is old, room is pretty clean, front desk service is fantastic, and location is great. On top of that, there is free laundry, perfect for long trip like we did.
