I reserved the hotel but couldn't make it due to a snowstorm. We barely reached the nearest destination and couldn't reach the hotel by phone. We asked Expedia to cancel our booking without fees and contacted the hotel. Expedia got in touch with the hotel, and they assured us there wouldn't be charges considering our situation. However, the next day, I noticed the hotel had charged us anyway. We contacted Expedia again, and despite their attempts to negotiate with the hotel, they refused any refunds, despite their earlier assurances. It's disappointing that they chose to jeopardize their reputation over $120. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone.
