When we checked into the hotel we were informed that the hotel had been sold and that they were only open for the final few guests and would be closing as soon as we left. While the staff did a great job, we would not have stayed there if we had known this when we made the reservation. Since we made the reservation through travelocity we couldn't cancel it so we would have lost our money if we went somewhere else.

I did not like that i had to stay in a smoking room. I should have been able to request non smoking if the hotel had smoking room.

The overall appearance was good. The property is obviously an older property, but apparently has gone through an makeover recently. The bed was very firm making quality sleep difficult. The only other issue we had was when I got up in the middle of the night to use the restroom and a mouse darted around the door frame as I turned on the light.

Great Value! Great Customer Service!
Extremely polite and helpful staff! The breakfast was hot and always kept in good supply. Great coffee. The building is old, but it is kept up nice inside. The price was very reasonable, so if you don't have to have the "best", give it a try! We would definitely stay there again. Thanks!

Hotel was in need of updating. Parking lot was full of large pot holes. Being pet friendly was the reason we stayed there. Definitely no bells and whistles for the look and feel of the room. Service was very good, that was a plus.

The property itself was fine. Obviously a bit outdated, but pretty clean for the price. However, the entire hotel (including our non-smoking room) absolutely reeked of cigarette smoke. Also, the hotel was extremely noisy (footsteps and talking from the hallway, TV noise from the room next door thanks to thin walls, general fan/pipe/electrical noise).

No restaurant or bar, even tho the webpage advertises one. The indoor pool was booked for a birthday pool party from non guest at the hotel!! Very run down, you should be ashamed your name is associated with this hotel!!

Pleasantly surprised!
First impression “ Closed”. The entrance to hotel is on the side. Restaurant was closed, and that was a disappointment however, the gentleman at front desk was very friendly and the facilities and room were clean and very comfortable.

Clean and the room was fine. Cleaner was very friendly. Front desk guy was nowhere to be seen for 10 minutes when i arrived. I'm concerned that the outside door to stress B refused to lock/ shut completely. made things unsafe.

Front desk ignorance
I called the before our trip to ensure early check-in due to needing to be at our designated plans - 1-2 hour away, at 3pm. Frront desk refused to let me finish speaking, overtalking No, no. Call timorrow same thing the following day as we were leavibg we drove 6 hours and nearly missed our plans. Will find qnother hotel next trip. Also, breakfast - no gluten free or keto friendly choices. We were so rushed that i had to go two days living off water and no rest!

Not too good
People was very polite. But the shower curtain was dirty had mowed at the bottom, and couldn't get any hot water for 15 minutes. My son's room, his bed had urin all over it.

Since my last stay here the hotel has gone down hill. Needs a total remodel and updated . Was checked into the wrong type of room which had a very musty smell. When I was given the correct room the smell of the room was terrible . Had to go to the store and buy room deodorizers . Left all my clothes in suit case .

Simple stay
One of the oldest hotel structures in Butler, simple low tech, ample parking even for big rigs. Small rooms however fit my needs, breakfast on site however I departed prior to sampling that service.

The door card readers did not work, they said that "batteries need to be replaced". So we returned at the hootel and find out that we are locked out of the room, the front desk guy used his master key to let us in. These seem to be small maintenance issues but it creates major inconvenience for the guests.

Property is a little dated. Upon checking in I was greeted and quickly assisted by the desk manager. The service was excellent and expedient. I did have a problem with my room and it was addressed immediately and to my satisfaction. The breakfast was pretty good especially considering the covid climate. the pool was not open during our stay so we were disappointed. However it is worth noting again that the staff here is excellent and did everything that was needed to make my stay a good one. if you don't mind the property being a little dated the rest will make you happy.
