Dear Rohit,We have been working as Minzifa Team for many years.We have welcomed many guests from all around the world. The big amount of our reviews shows that the staff of the hotel is friendly and doing their job from heart. May be I am mistaking, even if so, it might be 0.01%It’s not good you are showing yourself like this. In my opinion you were not ready for any trip and everything you wanted was in front of the fact. Please be humble.If you are coming as couple why you booked single bed room for one person?As standard the check in time is 14:00 and check out time is 12:00 in everywhere.Dear guest we will do our best even to take early check in without any payment if we have availability. But when the hotel is full how can we give you a room at 07:00 morning. In this case everyone must be patient and wait until there is any availability is open.I hope after a few trips you will learn about the hotel rules according the room types and check in and check out hours.I am not writing here every incident you created. I hope you understand.Your behaviour was an experience for us.The reply was written by Minzifa Hotel management.
