We were not happy with our stay. The desk person that helped us to check-in was rude in general. When we asked to change our room, instead of nicely declining it, he said, “our hotel is full house. We can’t change you room”.
When we asked if they had hotel slippers, he said “we don’t”. A nice customer agent always uses words like “unfortunately” or “I’m sorry but please let me know if I can help in any other way”.Non of this existed.
And the MOST terrible experience was when the fire alarm went off. We woke up to the fire announcement in our room at 2:00 am. We immediately evacuated the room and went to lobby and no one but literally nobody directed us and literally nobody made any explanation as to what had happened or what we should do.
We went back to our room after some other nice Polish guests translated to us that we were safe although the very same hotel personal guy was standing there. He did not feel to make any explanation to us. Unbelievable experience.
