Hey Legend, Thanks for your feedback. We are so sorry that it wasn't up to our usual standard for you. We clean everything Daily, however obviously our cleaning standards have slipped. We don't have Aircon anywhere, and don't advertise this - however we will be checking all of our listings to make sure that it is not being falsely advertised by a tertiary company. We always really appreciate feedback from guests (positive and negative) as this is a great way for us to improve on our hostel. We are very happy to hear that you enjoyed our vibes and your room! In regards to the bathrooms, we do clean them multiple times a day. However with so many guests (as you mentioned) it can get a bit harder to stay on top of this, so your feedback is really appreciated and we will look further into this. And in regards to the fridge breaking, we understand that this was made things a bit difficult, however we have ordered a new one and it will be arriving shortly. So this is almost resolved!
