Pretty much disappointed as the appartment was more like a cabin and was not worth the money. The bed was small as was the wardrobe as there was a hot water system in 1 side. We had nothing to wipe the kitchen bench down with so asked a cleaner and he gave us a rag. No one in the office for the whole weekend and no eaterys in walking distance. I would not reccomend these appartments for the price we paid. The cleanliness was ok

Relaxing near the lake
Beautiful and relaxing near the lake with the birds. Enjoyed the stay and the people were really nice and relaxed.

Close to shops and beach. Room was average. We stayed for a week but wouldn’t stay anymore than a weekend. Kitchen facilities were limited. Fridge didn’t work properly We chose this place as it rated high for cleanliness but we didn’t feel it was overly clean. Reception was only open when we arrived closed for the remainder of our stay. Lots of live in people. We only had an outside car park not undercover. It was an average stay.

The property was very quiet and pleasant. I have nothing negative to say except I never saw anybody from the reception area as it was closed on both arrival and departure. Not a bad thing.

The Pool in addvertisement cannot be used ,and has not for nearly 2 years due to land owner ship squables. Again the cleaners only clean what they can in FIVE MINUTES!!! Which seems the normal time allocated for all accomodation these days.

The room was nice and looked like it had been recently renovated. We stayed in a studio room and it was very cramped, I've stayed in motel rooms that are bigger. There was a blown lightbulb in the bathroom but we were there over the weekend and the reception was closed. The reception wasn't even open during checkout on Monday morning during normal checkout times. The pool was out of order, and although the bed was comfortable the sheets made us itchy and felt like we were being bitten when we were in the bed.

no fan in the bathroom, no luggage rack for our suitcases &we weren't allowed to swim. Good bed but too low but the unit was very clean and staff friendly

Room was clean and reasonably comfortable the kitchen space was good, plenty of clean pieces of crockery and utensils. Bed reasonable, in fairness the grounds are under repair so a little untidy the swimming pool was not accessible for some reason? Person meeting was very friendly and helpful.

It suited us well as a convenient location for the surrounding areas and the unit and staff were really very good. Our only reservations were that conversations from other units were easily overheard when we sat on the balcony.

Clean tidy and convenient location with views over the river. The sounds of a plethora of birds throughout the night and morning - fabulous for me but potentially annoying for some, especially if you like to sleep in. We checked in late but received clear instructions on how to access our rooms and everything was ready for us when we arrived. Would visit again, maybe even make time to see the beach!

Little bit small and a hard low bed.
Pool on premises but not aloud to use it ! Also bad reception on tv and not much space to put suitcases ! Bathroom way to small

Comfortable clean accommodation.
The area is lovely, beach down the road is beautiful. Suite ideal for a short stay, has everything that you need, breakfast on the balcony was nice too. Reception very welcoming.

Nice view!
Lovely studio apartment for a couple. The only lack was of space for clothes and bags but o.k. for a few days. Clean, tidy, nice outlook showing pool, part of the lake. Well provisioned with coffee, tea, milk, crockery, cutlery etc.

Great place to stay.
Only stayed one night, but you could stay much longer as the unit had everything needed for a longer stay.

Close to where we wanted to be
Was a good clean room with everything we needed. It was close to beach and where we needed to be. The pool was closed for some reason. Bit unsure of parking due to works going on.

Stay was ok fairly quite area. Rates were fair for what you get. Wifi is slow if you could stay on it. No pool access was disappointing

Wonderful stay
A really clean and comfortable apartment complex with great fit out in the apartment. The hosts were really friendly and helpful. There was no access to the pool due to an issue with the land owners but the hosts informed us and also supplied a beer, wine and chocolate package and also a gift voucher for a local restaurant. Exceptional service for a problem not of their making. As we were close to the lake and beach for swimming this was not an issue. I would happily stay there again.

It was good as we can swim in the beach and just have a bath in the lake :). Unfortunately, the pool was unavailable at the time.

Facility was meant to include use of pool The pool actually belongs to an independent party who withdrew the use of pool only allowing family and permanent residents to use no where written on website was any mention of residents that permanently reside there with unruly noisy rude children the shower in room was awful bad drainage the shower just filled up so I couldn’t enjoy it the smell was overwhelming the only nice thing was the bed was comfortable and the best part was leaving

The staff were very obliging. The room was tidy and the kitchenette facilities great. I would recommend the room as good value for a cheaper apartment.

Quite spot for a getaway
We spent Xmas here and really enjoyed ourselves , Cabarita is a quite beachside town and this hotel is set back from the beach facing a beautiful lake! Room was clean and had everything we needed. Unfortunately the pool was unable to be used during our stay and the managers gave us a gift hamper and restaurant voucher as compensation which was a lovely gesture , but we swam at the beach daily anyway Would stay again

Cabarita weekend
Spur of the moment weekend away. Great location close to the beach and Cabarita. With beautiful views over the lake from our balcony it was a great spot to relax. The rooms were a good size for a couple. Great service and welcome, much appreciated. As a bonus it was also only 4km away from Kingscliff parkrun which made for an excellent start to the weekend.
