Thank you for taking your time to write a review of your stay. I am sorry you found the bed uncomfortable.Usually we get compliments on the comfort of our beds. We will look into it. And less then optimal hot water. Unfortunately,we had a full house of bicyclists, all taking a shower at the same time and it exceeded our capacity for the first time in many years.

Thank you for taking your time to write a review. We regret that you were uncomfortable along with 5+ million people world-wide because of climate change. It is a problem that our tiny efforts are trying to address by having no air conditioning but having windows that open, ceiling fans and fresh air exchangers. I must say that I take strong exception to your comments: 1) that we seem to be hiding the fact that we have no air conditioning and 2) that I refused to give their money back. Neither are matters of fact. As to no TV ---we make that VERY clear. We offer a quiet place without blaring TVs. As to what you could do: watch the hummingbirds, read a book out of our library, or even visit with our other guests as we have so many fascinating and accomplished ones.

Ten out of 10! How fortunate we are! Thank you.
