Muchas gracias por su puntuación y opinión. Anteriormente poníamos distintas jarras para servir agua y cada cliente podía hacerlo cuantas veces quisiera durante el desayuno. Posteriormente y debido a las restricciones por el Covid, solo podemos ofrecer botellas de agua cerradas e individuales. De ahí que cobremos el precio de las mismas. Nuestro galardonado Desayuno Tradicional está compuesto de productos caseros y de la Sierra de Cádiz, tales como zumo de naranja natural de nuestro huerto, mermelada casera, miel de Grazalema, aceite de oliva de Olvera, Croissants, repostería y Yogurt Natural caseros, así como para los que comen más, un poco de jamón serrano con tomate y huevos. Lógicamente todo ello acompañado de tostadas, café y té al gusto. Entendemos que es un servicio muy completo a un precio razonable.

Como bien sabe por las explicaciones que les dí al recibirlos, nuestra Hacienda data de 1485; es un edificio histórico y singular y por tanto, no puede ser tocado en ninguna de sus estructuras, por ello y como en la Edad Media no existian los cuartos de baño, al hacer la restauración hemos tenido que cortar un espacio de las habitaciones para integrarlos, esto les ha quitado parte de su amplitud primitiva, aunque aún así han quedado bastante espaciosas, la suya con casi 22 m2. En su próxima visita, elija una habitación de tipo superior que, aunque un poco más caras, son bastante más amplias. La Suite tiene 57 m2. Un saludo y gracias de nuevo

Dear Sir: Thank you for your opinion.We regret that you haven't a nice experience with us. Our hotel is a very small family accomodation as a B&B style, but being a bit apart from town ( 5 kms.) and even in the sorroundings ( no more de 1000 mtrs.) there are restaurants and bars, we offer a light menu for those of our guests who doesn't want to go out. That is the reason why we need to have your reservation and your choices no 2 hours in advance as you said but ONLY HALF AN HOUR so, in case there is no any guest dinnig, we do not need to open kitchen. Other places out as you said , they are public, and also noisy, no nice views, no romantic, etc. About the staff, it is a surprise for us, because it is one of the highlights by many of our guests. Anyhow, we take care of your opinion and we will work hard to improve our services. Kind regards

Just tell you that we disagree with the issue of the value for money of your plate of Lamb Chops, since besides being organic suckling lamb from our own farm, the plate is 6 units minimum, of course with garnish of vegetables, potatoes or rice. We regret not being able to put more amount because as indicated by this meat is expensive. We have another type of meat such as beef or chicken that are cheaper in relation to the amount of meat, if this is what you really wanted, quantity not quality. Thank you very much.

Es tut uns leid, dass Sie den längsten, nassesten und unangenehmsten Winter seit mehr als 20 Jahren mit schrecklichen Stürmen, Hurrikanen und Winden von mehr als 80 km hatten. Dear Guest, we are very grateful for your opinión. Being an small charming hotel with a restaurant only for residents, we offer different possibilities as a fixed rate menú but A LA CARTA. , Also we have a Light Menu, based on dishes that can be chosen individually.and a cheaper 3 courses set Daily menú which includes mineral wáter and bread for 18€ . We regret that neither of these options is adapted to your needs. However, we take note of your suggestions and will try in the future to expand the options.

Solo unas palabras para intentar aclararle lo sucedido. La reserva original realizada por ustedes era en una habitación DE USO INDIVIDUAL que , lógicamente, es más barata que usada por dos personas. Estos términos estaban muy claros en la documentación de la reserva que sus padres traían, por lo que al hacer el checkin se les explicó estos términos y se les ofreció la posibilidad de quedarse en el hotel pagando el suplemento por la segunda persona, hecho que aceptaron de buen grado ya que había sido un error suyo al realizar la reserva. Por lo tanto, a la tarifa inicial de 62,25€ de la single se le añadió 38€ como diferencia por la doble y por los desayunos que NO estaban incluidos. Además y como deferencia se les ofreció una habitación SUPERIOR ( dos balcones, techo de viguería de madera y armario del S. XVII- medida total 23 m2 ) con dos camas separadas que era lo que querían , ya que la habitación standard disponible, tenía cama de matrimonio y para ellos era muy pequeña. Esperamos haber aclarado lo sucedido. Gracias.
