Stort rum i gamla stan
Stort och fint renoverat rum med tre härliga med fransk balkong. Läget var toppen mitt i gamla stan och badrummet fräscht och fint. Det enda var att golvet inte var rent när man satte ner fötterna efter duschen. Fötterna blev smutsiga igen så om värden sett till att dammsuga ordentligt och skurat golven så hade det varit toppen på alla punkter. Strandlakanen var inte tvättade som fanns till låns i garderoben men vi hoppas att det helt enkelt var en miss.

Good: I liked that we had our own bathroom and didn't have to share it with other people. We wanted to check-in at 1 pm, 2 hrs earlier than the official check-in of 3 o'clock. The landlord managed to get the accommodation ready at that time. Accommodation is at walking distance of the trainstation. Very convenient if you have to catch a train to Elmas airport on a very early Sunday morning when there aren't buses yet.

Nous avons passé une nuit dans Casa marina. L'appartement dispose de deux chambres mises à location. La chambre que nous avons eu était très spacieuse, propre, bien aménagé et le lit était super confortable. La salle de bain et la cuisine sont à partager. L'appartement est très central, dans le quartier de la marina avec tous les services et les restaurants à deux pas. L'entrée aux lieux s'est fait de manière autonome.

Clean and quiet guest house in good location
Das Gästehaus ist in einer super Lage direkt in der Innenstadt und in unmittelbarer Nähe zum Bahnhof, zur Burg und zum Hafen. Die Rezeption war sehr freundlich. Das Bett sehr gemütlich. Es war alles sauber und ruhig. Gerne wieder. The guest house is in a great location right in the city center and very close to the train station, the castle and the harbor. The reception was very friendly. The bed was very comfortable. Everything was clean and quiet.

Casa Marina
A very nice, clean and big room which shared a good bathroom with the other existing room. The host was very friendly and service minded. The location is very good with restaurants and cafés in the area and 2 blocks down you will find the harbour. Backdraws are that no breakfast is included and the cooking facilities are not allowed for use. The WiFi worked in the pentry but not in the room. But I can still warmly recommend Casa Marina. /Stefan

Appartement très bien placé à 300 m de la Marina, équipements entièrement neufs et de qualité, propriétaires aux petits soins en cas de nécessité. Par contre l'installation d'un retour Wi-Fi supplémentaire serait de bon allois (mais on trouve facilement des hot-spots en ville).

La posizione dell'albergo è ottimale rispetto alla stazione(5min a piedi),al centro storico e ai ristoranti proprio sotto casa. le numerose zanzare e l'assenza del climatizzatore possono creare disagi. il bagno è in comune con l'altra stanza.

Casa Marina : ce n'est pas un hotel , ce sont deux chambres avec cuisine et salle de douche WC destinées à des touristes dans un appartement au 2e etage d'une maison de ville ancienne tres bien rénovée et tres calme typiquement sarde du centre de Cagliari. Propreté impeccable mais il n y a pas de service ni de petit dejeuner servi puisque l'on peut se le préparer soi-même. Une machine à laver disponible. Cet hébergement aurait plutôt sa place sur un site de B&B

Appartement renové à la décoration decontractée 2 chambres indépendantes qui partagent une salle de bain commune ce qui n'était pas précisé . Bien placé et agréable . Toutes commodités pour préparer son pdj ou faire une lessive . Très bon rapport qualité/ prix une très bonne adresse pour découvrir Cagliari pas de climatisation mais un ventilateur

Great accommodation!
It was very nice staying in this cosy apartment. We had our problems with locking the door, but we got used to it. The owner is very helpful and nice and the location couldn't be better.

Très bon emplacement et très belle chambre
Propriétaire très chaleureux et soucieux de la propreté des lieux communs. Seul petit bémol: cumulus un peu petit pour quatre personnes... Hôtel situé à 5minutes à pieds de la gare ferroviaire et des bus, super pratique pour visiter les villes au alentour en bus!

Hugely surprised!
When we arrived at the hotel, we were blown away. Our room was super spacious and decorated like a swanky New York flat. With bright and modern decorations, we were tempted to have a stay-cation inside! The location was in the heart of the historic district, close to many wonderful restaurants and shops. Besides the size of the room, the ambiance, and the location, the owners' hospitality was beyond superb. Allow me to share with you an example of their grade A hospitality: the morning before we were flying to the mainland for the next leg of our journey on RyanAir, we needed to print out our ticket to avoid a 120 euro penalty (ugh, RyanAir). When the sweet husband of the hotel found this out, he called a local shop owner, had us email our tickets to him, who emailed them to his friend to print them up for us, ran to the shop to grab them, and them ran the print outs back up to us. Now that's impressive! So, if you want to stay at the best small boutique hotel on Cagliari, then I 110% recommend Casa Marina! ~the walkers (South Carolina, US)

We been suprise to see that we are not talking about hotel. that is an 2 bedrooms apt. and you are sharing the bathroom with completly strangers. if we knew that fact we would not stay in this place . even the guy whom runs it are nice . and the location is in the middle of the old town

Room was large and clean . Kitchen and Bathroom were both clean and tidy . Alberto (owner) very friendly and helpful . Fremragende service, beliggenhed og stand. Kan varmt anbefales. Tag en taxi fra lufthavnen, det koster ca. 20 euro. Værelset er i super god stand, køkkenet er godt og badeværelset helt i top.

Buon qualità prezzo considerando che siamo al centro di cagliar( Sardegna)i,quindi i prezzi degli B&B e degli hotel sono un po cari in confronto alla media europea. Posizione ottima a 4 min a piedi dalla stazione dell' autobus che arriva dall' aeroporto, da quella stazione partono i pullman verso tutta la sardegna. A 50 mtr dalla via dei ristorantini.Flexibilità sugli orari di Check in e Check out. Personale Gentile! L'unico dubbio è che per la colazione si debba pagare un extra... pur essendo considerato sulla tipologia Bed&Breakfast. Comunque buon Rapporto Qualità prezzo

The Hotel Casa Marina in the dreamy village Nuoro
is a great place to stay. The price is the cheapest in town and the hotalmangement is very friendly and helpful. i will return to here.

Casa Marina: big rooms, welcoming owner
We've stayed in Casa Marina for 3 nights. In the beginning it was a bit difficult to find the apartment (because there's no sign or name of it) but it is really close to the train/ bus station and about a 15 minute walk up the hill to the ancient Cagliari. In the close area you will find a few restaurants and bars. The rooms are very cosy, big and clean. The owner Alberto provides for free: towels, linen, WIFI and some chocolate croissants for breakfast. He's very welcoming and always open for a friendly chat (and some good advices). If you are 2 people you will have to share the (big) bathroom and the kitchen with 2 other guests (the flat has two big rooms). Dishes and a fridge are provided. We can really recommend La Casa Marina if you don't expect hotel flair but a very openminded apartment style (nonetheless Alberto will clean all the used dishes. So you don't have to worry about it in your holidays ;) ) We wish Alberto all the best with La Casa Marina. Sorry for the delayed entry. Très bon emplacement. Il ne s'agit pas d'un hôtel avec réception etc. mais d'une chambre chez l'habitant. Il faut donc prévenir de l'heure exacte d'arrivée si vous ne voulez pas attendre que le propriétaire arrive pour vous ouvrir le premier jour. Partie commune à partager (cuisine et salle de bain) avec une autre chambre. Chambre très spacieuse, très propre. Seul point manquant : une clé pour fermer la chambre.

Excellent location, nice guy runs it, very clean and Wifi works well. Excellent value. 2 things that might cause some bookers a problem, it,s not a hotel, it,s a 2 bedroom apartment. The bathroom is shared with the other room in the apartment, but there is a shared kitchen, very clean and breakfast stocked. Overall very good if you dont mind sharing.
