I have stayed at many properties as I travel for a living, but this property is unique and so welcoming!! The Jr Suite I was given was unlike any I have stayed in. Impeccable Jewel of a property!!! Thank you for your warm welcome Villa Fanny and I rank this as a 10/10 !!!

The property was comfortable, immaculate, clean, beautiful and everything i could have asked for. We had a fab time and the gardens were stunning and breakfast was delicious. Simone at reception was so helpful and a real delight!

A very quiet oasis away from the traffic and noise of Cagliari but within easy walking distance of all the shops and restaurants. The room was large and well equipped with a very comfortable bed. Staff are very welcoming and efficient. The hotel does not offer any meals apart from a continental breakfast.

Beautiful, unique and friendly boutique hotel. Very creative spaces, incredible service, and gorgeous grounds. Lots of stairs and no parking provided.

Villa Fanny is one of the best property we stayed for the last 3 weeks . The decor , the space , the cleanliness, the staff - the best . These are the reasons to come back in this hotel when coming to Cagliari. Also , during our stay , we are able to watch a tribute to Laudovico enaudi, a famous pianist in the property , free access for the hotel guest . That’s is unimaginable and one of the best events we had during our stay

Loved our stay at Villa Fanny. The room was spacious and clean and a very comfortable bed. The garden space and bar were delightful!! Aperitvo and I used the garden for a workout during my stay. A lush place to relax. The buffet breakfast was next level!! Absolutely delicious. While no parking at property it was east to get street parking. Staff were very helpful booking tours and recommending great restaurants and helping us to make a reservation. We only had 2 nights and wish it was longer.

This is a very elegant hotel with a beautiful courtyard. It is in a quiet area but close enough to walk into the center of town and benefit from numerous restaurants and pedestrian streets. The hotel had a lot of character and was beautifully decorated. The staff were friendly and helpful and the breakfast was excellent. Would definitely recommend!

This was our fifth time staying in the last 4 years and the Villa Fanny continues to be excellent. Staff are friendly and helpful, the hotel is beautiful and the food is excellent. The addition of a staffed bar in recent years is good. The only negative this time was that we stayed in the Fanny Suite for 2 nights and the hamman in bathroom had not been serviced, so could not be used. Overall, a fantastic hotel (probably the best we've stayed in worldwide) and a great base to explore Cagliari from.

Stylish stay and friendly staff
Nice stay at this stylish hotel in Caglari. Hotel and rooms are tastefully decorated and the staff was friendly. There was a mishap with forgetting to clean our room which was politely and quickly fixed. Simone and Marco at the front desk were incredibly kind, helpful and patient with our many request for help with planning local activities. Only downsides are the WiFi which was very spotty and is the type that requires logging on via a website like some hotels do, vs. the preferable password option. If WiFi or working remotely is important to you, this may not be be your best option. Also room #14 was near the front desk and a bit noisy and the bed was the type that has two mattresses connected in the middle which is never ideal for a couple. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would stay again!

We stayed at the Hotel Villa Fanny for two nights & enjoyed a relaxed time there. The garden is lovely and there is a small whirlpool to cool off in (we didn't use it). My only comment is that you have to order breakfast (including your coffee from a waiter. I found the service a bit slow. Front Desk staff were helpful

The Hotel Villa Fanny would be great at any time, but in these most unusual of times, it provided a very reassuring oasis during our stay in Cagliari. It's conveniently located, on a relatively quiet street and within fairly easy walking distance to one of the main restaurant areas. All the staff was polite and efficient. It was a real joy to stay there.

Compelling & charming place to stay in Cagliari.
Amazing restored Villa near the main drag in Cagliari. The architecture is absolutely stunning. Meticulously cared for as well. Staff was friendly and provided local recommendations for dining and walking about. Breakfast had nice offerings, great coffee, friendly staff and a charming setting.
