Thank you M for your review. The large round jacuzzi is heated. The swimming pool is the only pool especially in summertime that you get any relief from the hot weather as it does not get full sun on it. The heated large round jacuzzi is near the BBQ areas. It can sometimes be over looked as it is hidden with large foliage so it gives privacy to guest when using it so that people using the BBQ's don't view into this area.

Thank you for your valued review. I am horrified and so sorry that you had this experience. This would have been rectified immediately if it had been brought to our immediate attention. This apartment in particular had new pillows and protectors purchased less than 6 weeks before your stay and we ensure they are replaced every year and as well as laundering of these items on a regular basis. The large lagoon swimming pools and the many comfy sun lounges and electric BBQ’s around the pool area are a great hit with the families. I am glad that you and your family enjoyed the resort facilities and grounds. Directly outside the resort are also many free BBQ’s picnic huts tables and chairs with a great view of beautiful Palm Cove Beach. We look forward to seeing you and your family again soon.

Thank you for your recent review. Floor coasters had been placed but must have moved as they were located under the bed when it was brought to our attention when you check out. I have since purchased extra rubber coasters to ensure that it is not so easily moved by children jumping/pushing on beds. Thank you for your recent feed back. The rooms are called studios rather than apartments so guest are not misled assuming they have a 2 bedroom apartment which they are not as you have indicated in your review. The pictures for the rooms clearly show the divide of the 2 queen beds with the glass divider. We will advise the building manager on the stagnate water as this water is pumped around as it is a water feature and it may have been under maintenance when you stayed. We have since rectified the cutlery issue and we apologies for this oversight. The master bedroom section now has a larger flat screen TV. The building is over 25 years old and has recently had the exterior painted.
