위치는 최고!! 청결은 그럭저럭!!
위치는 정말 최고입니다. 작은 타운이지만 페리터미널과 라군이 가까운게 숙소정하는데 가장 큰 포인트였습니다. 밥을 해먹으려고 아파트먼트형태로 예약했고 식기나 조리도구도 잘 갖춰져 있어서 좋았어요. 단점이라면 데일리 하우스키핑이 없는것과 식기 및 조리도구가 미끌미끌한게 잘 씻기지 않은 상태였던게 아쉬웠고 가장 큰 단점은 무료와이파이가 없다는 점!!! 그외에는 완벽했네요.

해변과 중심의 접근성이 용이하고 객실의 넓이와 전망, 발코니가 넓어 여유롭고 화장실도 넓어 마음에 들었음 침대의 상태와 침구류도 좋았음. 유일한 단점은 조식 이용이 안된다는 것 뿐이었음.

케언즈 라군, 나이트마켓을 많이 이용할 계획이라면 무조건 추천하는 숙소 입니다. 단, 아파트를 구했음에도 불구하고 주방에 후드가 없는 관계로 고기를 구워먹기가 굉장히 어려웠습니다.방청소는 5일에 1번 해주고, 원하는 경우는 추가금이 필요합니다. 타월이나 기타 어메니티는 필요한 만큼 리셉션에 요구하면 얼마든지 교체해주기는 하지만 조금 불편합니다. 와이파이는 추가금을 내야하고, 특이하게 테라스에서는 흡연이 가능한 숙소입니다. 라군 이용이 많은 여행자에게는 적극 추천합니다.

시설은 노후되어 있어 좋지 않으나, 프론트가 친절하고 위치가 좋음 가격이 저렴하다면 묵을만 하나 제가 묵을때는 성수기 시즌이라서 그런지 비용이 높은 편 이었음 5일간의 숙박동안 깨끗하지는 않았지만, 넓은 공간을 마음것 사용할 수 있는점이 좋았습니다.

Great location. Staff and service was excellent. Air Con was not effective enough to cope with the heat coming from the windows. Recommend putting tinting glass on the balcony/windows.

We were able to get an adjoining suite (a room with two bedrooms), since our college-age son was traveling with us. It was laid out perfectly. I liked that, and the property had king beds available. Honestly, the best part of this hotel is its location. It is convenient to everything!

Reception staff were very welcoming lovely to deal with. Location is great. Not a 4 star hotel did not meet the requirements. No restaurant on premises, no mini bar, hotel section has no laundry facilites as stated. To get toilet paper or towels you had to go to reception to collect them they don't send them to the room and there was no hotel cleaning staff. Room was no attended to for the whole time i was there. The room was ok, 1 pillow had a stain and the bathroom door had fingerprints all over it. The bed cover also stained and looked like it had not been washed in a while. Location was great. However would not recommend staying here for the price they charge.

Great location and views from our apartment with a plethora of restaurants and cafes extremely close. Both the hotel pool and esplanade lagoon (opposite the hotel) pools are great.

Bad stay and extremely unhelpful staff and manager
Our family were staying here for 3 nights during our vacation this year. We found this hotel and thought it looked very good and central. We booked a 3 bedroom appartment with sea view and were looking forward to that. When we arrived, we got a room with absolutely no sea view. We asked if there was anything wrong but the staff just said that this was our room and there is nothing they can do about it. We were disappointed but couldnt do anything about it. Then when we tried the beds, it was impossible to sleep in the bed sofa. It was the cheapest and most terrible bed sofa I have ever seen. We complained about this to the staff and they referred to the manager. after the whole day, we got in contact with the manager. We wanted to get an additional mattress for the bed sofa since the iron bar under the thin mattress were hurting your back when laying there. He was very rude and told us this is what you paid for and rejected all our suggestions about getting another mattress or pillows to make the situation better. Since he refused all our suggestions we requested one of us to get another room just for the night so we all could sleep in a proper bed. He said it was fully booked but at the same time we had to pay if we would want another room. That doesnt add up.... It all ended with us putting the mattress on the floor instead to be able to use the bed at all... So if you want to pay hundreds of dollars to sleep on the floor, this is your hotel.

キッチン付き2ベッドルームの部屋を予約。エスプラネーデ側だったので、ニューイヤーの花火をバルコニーから鑑賞できラッキーだった。 【ロケーション】最高！目の前がラグーンなので水着を着て行って、そのまま帰ってこられる。真裏に大型スーパーマーケット。すぐ近くに人気のカフェ。船のターミナルも歩いて5分。水族館やケアンズセントラルも徒歩15分。 【スタッフ】すれ違うと陽気に挨拶をしてくれる。フロントに行けば、アメニティの追加やタオルの交換もすぐに応じてくれる。 【アメニティ】備え付けのハンド&ボディソープ、シャンプー、コンディショナー、ボディクリームはレモングラスの香りで爽やか。キッチンワイパーとスポンジ、台所洗剤、ランドリーパウダーもあり。歯ブラシやコームなどはない。タオルは、自分たちで洗濯するか、フロントに持って行って洗濯済みのものと交換してもらう。かなり使い古したタオルで、ホテルのタオルというかんじではない。ビーチタオルもある。 【施設】建物が古いと思われる。滞在中にエレベーターの停止や停電があった。キッチンはIH。冷蔵庫と電子レンジ、電気ポット、一通りの食器や調理器具がある。ただ、キッチンの棚の扉を開けるとカビのような独特の匂いが漂うので、できるだけ棚は開けないようにした。換気扇はあるが、ほとんど意味がない。調理の時には窓を開けて、エアコンの送風を強くした。寝室、クローゼット、バスルーム、洗濯機、乾燥機は、とても清潔。キッチンをぜひリノベーションしてほしい。

Fantastic place
We really loved the place. The apartment, the balcony, the location, the staff. There is however one thing that should be upgraded from the 1990’s - the internet. In Cairns on the street there is free internet, but at the hotel you need to pay, for limited number of appliances and for limited use. Frustrating! Another frustrating thing is the very limited amount of parking spaces for a large hotel. We went off-season and it was a nightmare, I can only imagine the summer…

Great hotel with an outdated wifi policy
This service apartment is perfectly located. While they do not have a restaurant, there are plenty of options all around, plus you have a kitchen if you want to cook. The availability of a washing machine and dryer was a god-send as we were on a long tour and needed to wash our clothes. However, I took one star off the overall rating as they were the only place I encountered during a 3 week tour of Australia and New Zealand charge for wifi. Even though Accor members were supposed to get free wifi, I could never get it going and had to use my mobile data.

The bathroom had no exhaust fan and also had a leaking tap. The exhaust fan in kitchen blew into room so had to open doors to let the cooking fumes out. Hotel room needs updating and was not as nice as other mantra hotels we have stayed at. Location was good and staff were very friendly and accomodating.

We thought the location was very good, convenient if you don't have a car, close to great dining abd the esplanade and terminal. Staff we friendly and helpful. The room was clean and neat, just a little outdated but would not prevent us from recommending to others. Thank you

The twin key rooms are quite noisy - when your neighbour comes or goes it will wake you up. No water bottles. Although I was told the rooms wont be cleaned I expected enough towels or at least a towel refresh. Good location, clean, easy parking.
