Beautiful location, staff are friendly and helpful. Unfortunately the Rooms were dirty and very worn and in need of maintenance. The beds were very uncomfortable and need to be replaced. It would have been nice to have a dish drying rack and cleaning utensils like a broom. Some tupperware would have been great too. All that said I enjoyed my stay there, they just need to focus a bit more on room maintenance

The apartment had recently been renovated and was well finished. The pool is amazing for both kids and adults. Good location. We would definitely stay here again.

The two bedroom apartment was huge and an easy 3-5 minute walk to the beach. The apartment was clean and comfortable with everything you could need in a self contained unit. The managers were friendly and went out of their way to assist whenever needed.

Friendly hosts, the pool had a sail so there was shade. BBQ available for guests. Rooms had wifi and Chromecast. Close to restaurants.

Chill out at Oasis!
Spacious , well appointed apartment situated in tropical surroundings, quiet location with lovely pool area with spa pool including excellent BBQ facilities available at pool area. Easy access, short 5 min walk to beach & shops, bus stop just up road. 2nd visit - definitely will return!

Very spacious, clean, quality amenities in the apartment. Pool was wonderful, lovely and clean. Tropical gardens were very attractive and well maintained. Close to shops and beach but away from any noise. Just a lovely property that I would thoroughly recommend.

The Oasis is in a lovely spot down one end of Palm Cove across the road from the Tavern. The apartments were spacious and it was quiet being tucked away a bit from the main strip. Typical for an apartment of this type the cleanliness was a bit lacking. The pool area was nice.

Great location, terrific managers, spacious units
These apartments are all 3 bedrooms, with unused bedrooms being locked off. This means you get the benefit of the large kitchen, dining and lounge areas regardless of the number of bedrooms you book. Large pool with very clean and well equipped poolside bbq area, with plenty of tables and chairs in the shade. The kitchen in our apartment was equally well stocked with ample crockery and cooking items, even a coffee machine, so we mostly self-catered. There are fans and airconditioning in the units, with plenty of windows/sliding doors for fresh air. Terrific managers who couldn’t have been more helpful. Wifi connected easily and was stable. The apartments are only a short walk from the esplanade on the beach and its many (somewhat expensive) restaurants and cafes. There is a small convenience store however Coles and Target are also only just over 5 minutes’ drive away. The managers will even stock your apartment’s fridge/pantry if you have a grocery delivery done before you arrive. There is secure underground parking with stairs to the ground level. Note that the unit blocks are 3 storeys high with access only via stairs. We would definitely stay again and are already planning a re-visit next year.

apartment had tonnes of room and very comfortable. pool was massive and had a spa also. it is really close to all the restaurants and main strip so walked everywhere. good secure underground parking.

While reasonably well located and initially very impressed we soon found our apartment wasn't particularly clean. This became apparent when our young toddling grandchild had crawled around the floor for a few minutes and ended up with dirty feet and knees. We therefore found ourselves having to clean the floors, with the conveniently supplied bucket and mop, to meet a basic level of cleanliness. As time went on it became more apparent that the apartment really needed a thorough clean - under beds and lower walls / kitchen area. The pool wasn't as inviting as it could have been as it too was full of plant matter from the overhanging trees - following recent bad weather, it is fair to say - but none the less still looked as if it was in need of maintenance from the brown stains on the pool floor.

Great and very large apartment
Great and very large apartment surrounded by lush gardens (well taken care of). The images on the web are accurate. The main area has a large table for 8, 2 large sofas (enough for 6 at least) and a well appointed kitchen. The elements in the kitchen are good quality with a massive fridge/freezer. The bedroom is ok, comfy bed and nice bathroom (not brand new but still in good condition). There is an AC on each room with a particularly powerful one in the main area. The washing and drying machines are quite dated but worked ok. The outside pool is also quite large as it is the spa. There is a sitting area near the pool with a BBQ for guests to use. The main restaurants area is about 4/5 mins walking distance. The couple running the reception did provide us tons of information and support regarding tours and what to see. They also booked the tours for us and helped us when one of them got cancelled (the boat broke down). In general I would strongly recommend this apartment. We had a lovely stay.

Good pool but apartment needs some repairs
Good value 3 bedroom apartment. The Oasis has a decent pool for both kids and adults. Only down side is the apartment was a little run down. Approx 200 metre to the beach and 800 metres to the netted swimming enclosure. Best value place to eat is the Palm Beach SLSC.

The property had a nice pool/outdoor area which was being maintained during our stay. Unfortunately the heat forced us to stay in our air-conditioned room and we did not utilise all the facilities that were on offer.

Great family holiday
Apartments are spacious and clean. We loved the pool area and although there is no beach or water view, we enjoyed the tranquil surrounds and the beautiful gardens. Our kids 2 and 6 loved the pool and we loved that there was a toddler pool as well as the large deeper one for the older one. The managers were very friendly and helpful and overall we had an excellent stay. The hotel is walking distance to everything palm cove has to offer. Would definitely return

Week in warmth
We spent a week at oasis. The unit was very spacious and comfortable. Everything we needed to cater for ourselves was provided in the unit. Some minor maintenance is required on cupboard doors shower soap holder and towel holder. Dishwasher instructions a bit confusing. If towels are not replaced an extra two would be appreciated however we did wash ours regularly. Air conditioner could do with an upgrade. Overhead fan in bedroom noisy due to being unbalanced. Would come back.

The manager was very accommodating - he stayed late when we made the mistake of not making arrangements for late check in, and he was very helpful with restaurants and activities. The location is great too and the apartment had tons of space.

CLOSE TO EVERYTHING
Our 2 bdr apartment was very comfortable with all the mod cons you need when staying 7 days away from home. We were close to the beach and cafes along the esplanade. BBQ facilities were excellent, having everything you need from tables, chairs, music, condiments and washing up products together with fridge and sink. Beds were very comfortable. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay.
