Sorry you were disappointed Eileen. We are a budget motel and we try to keep our prices reasonable. So we also have to control costs. The apartments are self-catering. You buy your own food and toiletries. If you stay for seven nights we change the sheets and towels mid-stay. But I always supply new towels on request.

Sorry you were disappointed, Gerald. The timing of the payment is a Wotif thing. I get my payment from them after you check in. Since Covid I have had a no penalty cancellation policy right up until the day of arrival. I inspect the units personally after the cleaners are finished and I try to make sure that there is at least one and one-half rolls of toilet paper in every room. I don't know how I missed your room. My apology.

I'm really sorry for your bad experience but I assure you I was not aware of the cleaning problems. I try to quality check all of the rooms everyday. In this case I failed to check yours so I did not know about the doona or the wet floor. I am aware of the tiles and I'm trying to get a tiler in to repair them. The temporary cover should have been clean. I did not roll my eyes. I asked you straight if there was anything wrong as I need to know when there are problems and I certainly would have given you a full refund on the spot if you had been honest with me. Anway there is no excuse and all I can do is apologize.
