시티에서 조금멀지만 직원친절
라군등 시티에서조금멀어 버스로이동했다. 호주가다그런지모르지만 샤워기가 분리돼지않아 조금불편했지만 직원이친절하였고, 조식도 나쁘지않음

We were only there overnight but it was easy enough to walk the esplanade to the tourist district (though a longish walk to the tourity area of the eaplanade), check in and out were easy, and we were able to leave our luggage while on a liva aboard.

The room had everything that we needed and was clean. There were lots of ants on the room each night but they stayed near the ceiling.

Ideal, but dated, for a few nights
Quiet, well-located hotel with good staff. The main downside is how dated the room was - furniture seemed worn and slightly stained, and the unventilated bathroom had evidence of mould.

A bit outdated but clean except for areas of mold in the bathroom. Shower floor was very slippery because of oil build up. I cleaned it with shampoo and my disposable washcloth and it was better but my husband still slipped when he got in (forgot to give him a heads up). Grounds are lovely with a lot of plants and restaurant was delicious.

We had a three bedroom unit which was spacious. The rooms are a little run down but we looked past this and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We hired a car as the walk into the city was too far with little ones. Staff were very helpful and let us stay past the check out time. Our unit had a washing machine and dryer which was great.

Clean and tidy and reasonable price. Great as it was self contained. Restaurant excellent. Only complaint was lack of parking - advertised as onsite parking but parking available was so limited it was impossible to use. Parked on the street and ended up with a ding in my door from somebody opening their door into mine

This is not a quiet place to stay. People permanently live in half of the rooms. They were stomping around upstairs till late hours of the night and again early in the morning. The couches were filthy. There was pubic hair in the main shower. The bed was rock hard. The blankets provided were disgusting and thin. Pillows were hard, flat and felt very old. We are not fussy people at all and actually stayed here 2 years ago. 2 yrs ago it was great. Its not good anymore. Horrible experience. I was that exhausted from no sleep for 2 nights that we left a day early to a place half the price and beautiful clean rooms that were very comfy. Dont stay here if you want sleep.

We stayed on room 103 and the noise was unbearable as it is located next to the check in counter and access for guests. Inside there is a step up to the bathroom which is not highlighted to easy notice when it is dark hence could be a trip hazard fir the older generation

Nice clean rooms with a tropical feel to the resort.Enjoyed my stay,in fact so much so I also booked the final night of my time in Cairns there.Was going to be staying somewhere else.

Good place to stay if you'll be in the pool or out and about all day. It gets noisy early, so not great if you're after a sleep in. If you've got heavy bags, either be prepared to carry them up a flight of stairs or request one on the ground floor. I'd stay again if i was doing day tours etc

A street away from the Promenade which was great but still a 10-15 minute walk to CBD, a nice walk though. A bbq on the property would have been handy, but then we may not have ventured out of the property as much as we did to cook on the free bbqs along the Promenade!

The adjoining door to the hotel rooms are paper thin. Between 1am and 6am i was kept awake by the revolving door of drug deals happening in the adjacent room only broken up by the "guest" being visited by a prostitute that gave a loud Golden Globe performance of feined pleasure. Wont be coming back.

No parking on site (they say limited), which is a real issue when having to park on the street near the hospital (all the on street car parks are time limited), breakfast was expensive ($33 approx per head) and only ok quality
