청결하고 잘 정돈되어 있고 우리 가족5명이 매우 만족했습니다 5명 가족이라서 여기 룸3개 짜리를 예약했어요 14시 체크인인데 2시간 빠른 12시에도 10시 체크아웃인데 사정을 이야기 했더니 2시간 더 주네요 너무 감사했구요 저희처럼 가족 수가 많으면 근처 고급 호텔보다 싸고 만족감은 더 좋을거라고 생각해요

What a fab location! Across the street from a wharf cafe and playground built into a huge fig tree. Brilliant for families. The 2 / 3 bedroom waterfront apartments are unreal. Very morning I had a coffee on the balcony and got to watch cruise ships steam in. Comfy beds, loads of space, and good A/C. I absolutely recommend these apartments.

写真と違いすぎ。設備が古い。眺望のある部屋を予約したのに西側の低層階の部屋だったのはおかしいのではないか。デポジットがいつ返ってくるのか不明で不安。テレビが壊れているのか映らなかった。水回りがイマイチ。立地がいいだけで残念。減額してほしいくらいに不満。

Overall, I was very happy with the property. It was very spacious and comfortable. The only issue was the the shower hose in the en-suite bathroom. There was a leak where the hose connected to the wall. It was a minor inconvenience and we had a two bathroom apartment, so we just used the other bathroom.

Extremely disappointed
This property is well overpriced. There is no reception at the property, you need to go next door to check in and interact with staff. The pool and spa were freezing. Yes it wasnt summer when we went and its a tropical climate but other hotels have heated pools for their guests or at least a heated spa. You have to pay for the car park, $15 per night which is ridiculous considering the nightly rate. The car park is small and tight to park in. The sprinklers were packed with wet paper towel that had dried and gone mouldy which seemed like a fire risk. The toilet in the main bathroom ran for ages and sometimes didnt flush. We were advised we were too noisy on the balcony at 6pm on a friday night. Apparently there are elderly permanent residents in the building. Another resident advised you cant even talk or laugh loud without getting in trouble. The furniture was worn. The apartment was spacious and had a modern kitchen however the 'mountain view' was a car park. Dont recommend this hotel at all.

Great location and service from the property managers. We had a 3 bedroom apartment which was a perfect size for our family of 6 to spread out. Having 2 bathrooms and 3 toilets was handy as well. Would highly recommend staying here.

Great location. Lots of restaurants and shops close by. The room itself is spacious and well equipped. It would however benefit from an an update. The outdoor furniture and kitchen table are deteriorating, the colour scheme is a bit dated and the couch is stained. The room is located next to the garbage chute so every time you enter and exit it smells foul. That smell enters the kitchen on occasion too.

Magnificent views. Huge apartment. Well equipped. Clean and we were surprised it was serviced every day. Disappointed with the swimming pool - I thought it would have been heated - but it was really too cool to swim. We were in unit 1402 which had an enormous balcony. Receptionist tried to double charge me for the room at check-in, even though was paid when I booked. The entire Couch was peeling so we all ended up with black specs of pleather on our clothes. Nice area to relax and wind down, unless you have the old couple above yelling out for our children to be quiet while playing in the afternoon.....
