Just fine..
Well, as A Five star hotel, a bit disappointed by their late response for housekeeping and some situation. Poolside rooms, because of tiles on the floor, super noisy. And because of that, whole nights were half awake...couldnt sleep well..and staffs who were working and walking there...very noisy ...

Pleasurable stay in Cairo
Friendly staff, great location with access to the city stars mall, fitness center's nice and spacious, the rooms are very nice as well. lots of tv channels, good variety of breakfast as well. i stayed in a room that was in front of the busy streets so the traffic noise from outside late at nights were a bit loud but other than that everything was great and very pleasurable.

Good hotel but bad smoke smell in many rooms..
First night they put us in a smoking room even though we had asked for non smoking. Everything was smelling terrible and folks got asthma. We were at this hotel for 1.5 days so became difficult to change rooms. When we came back a week later to stay here (had prebooked), they gave us a non smoking room that also smelt terrible. They then moved us to another one which was a downgrade to my original room, but we took it. The checkin folks are good, nothing above and beyond what you would see at most hotels. Service in the Egyptian restaurant is very bad, though the food is good. Very slow, after they serve you will disappear for a good amount of time until you flag them down if you want a drink refill, etc.. Room Service is VERY good. Great food, selection, fair pricing, service, polite, etc.. Hotel decor overall is very nice in the lobby, and being connected to a mall is very convenient if you want to go shopping. Be very careful about the smoke in the rooms, and make sure they dont downgrade you to a worse room when you ask for a change.

I was given a room on 3 rd floor with no elevator, I stayed here few days ago expecting the same service, it turns out to be a disaster. I have a disability and be given a room with out an elevator and not being told at time of check in was not good service at all.

Just a mediocre hotel piggybacking off the Intercontinental name. The room was average, we had a few ants that liked to try to be our room mates, but the location attached to Citystars mall does make it better.

Bel hôtel calme,personnel discret et efficace,petit-déjeuner excellent.Piscine calme et très agréable.Ménage fait tous les jours,mise à disposition de petites bouteilles d'eau dans la chambre chaque jour ainsi qu'au petit-déjeuner. Accès direct d'un grand centre commercial.Facilité de déplacements avec les Uber.Rien à redire,nous sommes ravis de ce séjour au Caire.

During the past 9 years I have been a guest for this hotel i noticed a serious deterioration in the quality of employees and services provided. However, the memories i had there helped me to ignore this fact and keep visiting but what happened today after checking out exceeded all the worst scenarios and human expectations so i decided to detail what happened and never go there again, After checking out and paying all the expenses of our stay i took my vehicle and While driving out of the external gate i saw someone running and waving with his hands asking me to stop so i stopped. please try to guess why they stopped me!!!! He came and said "we are missing the TV remote control so it might be in your luggage" ! Can u imagine!!, anyone visited that hotel can tell how much could be spent in three nights and they stopped me after paying everything as they cannot find a 10 dollars remote control , i cannot mention all the details because of space limitation. Briefly i had to throughout everything from my luggage in lobby from anger, my daughter got a serious injury in her finger and suffered emotional distress because of the incidence. My advise is try to change your plans. if you had to book your stay there ask someone from front desk to send someone to check the room with you before leaving it as it seems there is something wrong going on there then it might end up seeing yourself facing the same bad experience and asked to check ur luggage for a missed bar of soap!!
