Was a good location, clean, staff was nice :) the problem was the McDonald’s and circle k across the street.. after dark I wouldn’t recommend hanging around there

I liked the restaurant inside, I liked the timmies across the hotel I liked the circle K store. I noticed the mall was a 15 min walk and if i stayed another day I would of explored more. Such a great stay.

Building seems to be extremely old inside . Wifi is pathetic as its the slowest i have ever experienced . The AC unit is the oldest that anyone can imagine and ia not at all able to cool the room . We had very hard time to sleep in the room as it was very warm inside with AC set to the coolest setting it have. Overall very poor experience for such money

The heat/ac thing is EXTREMELY loud and goes off multiple times in the night. Other than that, great hotel

When I booked the hotel - I was under the impression that breakfast was included in the room fee - when we arrived we were told there is no breakfast included - so that was disappointing. The hot tub was nice - could have been a degree or two warmer.

I liked the underground parking but it was too low to fully open the SUV hatch. I loved the pool and workout room on the mezzanine and the white robes to cover up in. Rain shower head was amazing and loved the makeup mirror!❤️

Great location! We were close to shopping, trains, restaurants and pubs. The room was clean and cozy. 4 elevators with no issues and underground parking
