Room size was just perfect and the bed was comfortable. What I did not like was the fact that upon check in there was a notice saying there would be no Hot water starting at 8am this morning. apparently the hotel staff new a few days ago that this was scheduled to happen. I think I should of been notified prior to my visit. It was quite a huge inconvenience.

Beddings and pillows has lot of hair. We transferred to another room and beddings and pillows still has stains. I recommend not use beddings and pillows that has stains as it will be uncomfortable to customers whether it is clean or not. Also, double check hairs. Both rooms bed and pillow has foul smell. The bathtub drainage is clog and very slow to drained. Please sanitize and always check the condition of the rooms. Thank you.

Stayed here because we didn’t want to drive on the highway back to Edmonton after a snowstorm. Staff were excellent (brought up toiletries) , room was extremely clean, continental breakfast had quite a few options. Overall great stay for the price!

There was limited food on the breakfast buffet-often none of the options were available. When items were refilled the amounts were inadequate-8 slices of bacon for 20 people!! No bread, no hot water 4 yoghurt 3 apples. This is a nice hotel but I would not stay there again because of the breakfast.
