Unlike a typical, boring high rise hotel, this place was full of charm and lovely. After entering the controlled privacy gate or garage, it felt like a diifferent calm, wonderful smelling heaven compared to the city bustle. A must stay in the Ciudad Jardin section of Cali.

Great place but please know what you are getting
I am going to be honest but fair , this place is amazing and beautiful and the staff does everything they can to accommodate you it’s extremely safe (you are inside a full wall) the property is absolutely beautiful and extremely well kept if you are visiting cali to see the sites and want to insure you are well taken care of and have a safe and clean environment this place is great . Now for a few complaints that is totally out of there control and I just want people to know to make sure they make the right choices . If you are a go out late person who likes to party all night it can be difficult to get back inside after everyone goes tk sleep ( they will accommodate you as the staff is truly great but I felt really bad calling and waking a person up ) if you call for a Uber or a taxi make sure you allow time to find someone to let you out . And lastly make sure you know this is a cash only place they do not accept credit cards . This is how they work so I’m not going to take away from my rating for this . Especially because I did have a really great stay and the staff and owner did do everything in there power to try and please me . Over all really great place and if I am in town to relax this would be my top choice and I would absolutely return

Deserves higher rating, top notch
Amazing mansion with antique furniture, pool and spa. The gardens are exceptional. The hospitality was great. The owner is someone who has traveled the world, and it was a pleasure chatting with someone so interesting. The staff are all very friendly, especially Eduardo y Patricia. There are many nice restaurants very nearby, and the area is safe and lively.

Hermoso lugar y excelente atención.
Excelente servicio y atención del personal y de su propietario, aún cuando habíamos realizado una reserva en hoteles.com de 2 habitaciones para 4 personas y en la recepción figuraba 1 sola habitación, ellos nos solucionaron muy amablemente el inconveniente. definitivamente regresaría sin dudarlo

This place is beautiful, the rooms the setting, the pool and even the tennis court. I really enjoyed my stay, the staff was friendly and helpful,. It is a Mansion ,very secure and well situated , will find shopping and restaurants within walking distance, Thanks for your hospitality. I plan on returning in a month or so.

Breathe taking. I have never taken a picture of my food and I did here to share with my friends the delicious elegantly set breakfast. The owner and his staff are genuine kind beautiful people. And I'm a well traveled man. It made my birthday!

Amazing
Everything was perfect, from the check-in, breakfast, swimming pool, Netflix access. The main host/manager, the owner, and the entire staff work so hard all the time to be sure you have all what you need. This is a little paradise in the middle of the city, and close to great restaurants.

Living in your own mansion
What a great experience! The entire staff made us feel like we were living in our very own mansion. Hans, Christian and Angela delivered impeccable service. The property is clean, spacious and beautiful. Best place to stay in Cali Colombia 🇨🇴!!!!

Muito bom, mas não aceita cartão.
No geral, o hotel é ótimo! Tem um m espaço excelente e quartos muito bons. O pessoal e muito simpático. O ponto negativo é que não aceita cartão e não avisa com antecedência sobre isso, então pode atrapalhar a viagem, se você se planeja a levar um dinheiro contadinho.

This is a beautiful 9 room hotel - gorgeous furniture and beautiful paintings - nice pool, a decent breakfast and excellent wifi. The staff is magnificent and the owner speaks five languages and it is kind. Room service is habdled by them via nearby restaurants - by entering in or leaving the hotel you realized that they value safety. I was very satisfied that in fact I am returning.

Private and quiet best kept secret in Cali
Place was very private and quiet. Definitely different than the traditional large hotel chains. With Only 8 rooms , it felt more like a family home rather than a place of business, which to me was a welcome feature. Service was meticulous and attentive. Only complain I have is the exit and access to the place you must rely on the staff to let you in and out. I rather have total individual control on when I come and go on my own time. Other than that I give this place 5 stars.

Beautiful, family hotel on edge of Cali
This is a beautiful, quiet, peaceful, family oriented hotel. The swimming pool is Olympic size. The grounds is perfectly kept up. The staff is very friendly and courteous. Management of the hotel is very courteous, helpful, friendly, and oriented to the customer. Their Continental breakfast is actually a full breakfast cooked right on the premises. The hotel room is over sized with a comfort, homely feeling compared to other hotels whose rooms are stuffy and cheaply decorated. The location is perfect. There is no outside noise from the streets. Parks, malls, restaurants are within walking distance. A grocery store is near by to buy basic necessities. The staff is very knowledgeable of the hotel immediate area, of Cali, and of sights to see in Colombia. Besides being knowledgeable, they are very helpful and very willing to make sure the stay at the hotel, and the stay in Cali is a happy, memorable experience. I look forward to visiting Cali again, and staying in this hotel again.

Great mansion hotel near high end retail center
Clean beautiful pool, spectacular gardens and waterfalls, good hard surface tennis court with ambiance. Excellent kitchen cooked breakfast on tasteful deck.
