Hôtel étape mais pas plus
Nous avons séjourné dans cet hôtel en revenant de l'Outlet. Nous sommes arrivés vers 21h et avons eu du mal à trouver quelqu'un à l'accueil. IL a fallu aller au restaurant à proximité (qui fait partie de l'hôtel). Nous avons demandé s'il était possible de manger au restaurant et l'on nous a répondu que c'était impossible car il fermait à 21h et que l'on avait qu'à aller à la ville à kms (il n'y a rien aux alentours de l'hôtel). La chambre était correcte et propre. Le petit-déjeuner également correct.

Awesome hotel, great breakfast, convenient parking
Used as a starting point to visit the Roman Villa. Could not fave been more satisfied with hotel its services, food, and location. Staff were very friendly.

This is a perfectly nice hotel but absolutely not 4 star. The staff was very nice, especially the woman who provided breakfast. The restaurant next door was good but the waiter brought us ice cold red wine - very odd.

The location was excellent and the management time was more than accommodating. Tried to please you at all times. We had to checkout by 6.30am and they made us breakfast before we left it was appreciated.

Sono tornato Al Ritrovo dopo 3 anni in occasione del cenone di fine anno. La serata è stata ben organizzata. Personale molto cortese, ottima cucina e buon intrattenimento musicale. Buonissima la colazione, già buona 3 anni fa, ma adesso ancora di più. Camera perfetta in tutto e per tutto. Ci tornerò sicuramente.

Bon séjour mais accueil un peu froid à l'arrivée et surtout un petit problème au niveau de la réservation. Nous avons payé sur internet mais l'établissement n'était pas au courant. Au final, il n'y a pas eu de problème mais un peu embêtant !

Un etablissement a eviter
Nous sommes arrives dans l'après-midi à Piazza Armenia et avons cherche l'hotel pendant une heure. Malgre les indications recues et notre navigation GPS, nous n'avons jamais trouve l'hotel. Pas le moindre panneau indicateur. Un bon hotel est d'abord un hotel que l'on peut facilement trouver! L'accueil téléphonique a été très inamical quand il s'est agit d'annuler, et la centrale de reservation n'a pas aide.

Langt fra som lovet
Desværre langt fra som lovet. Ingen balkon - ingen aircon der virkede og internettet fik de aldrig op og køre. Og personalet var langt fra servicemindede. Ærgerligt men heldigvis kun en enkelt nat ;)

Nice hotel convenient to the roman mosaics
We stayed one night on our way to visiting the villa romana mosaics ( which are fantastic and well worth the trip) We thought the hotel was very comfortable and convenient being off the main road with a large parking lot. Several reviewers mentioned that you need to go to the adjoining restaurant to checkin but it is right next. Door so we didn't see this as any inconvenience. It is true the staff don't speak much English but hey, it Is Italy after all. And when we needed to communicate with the owner he used his phone/translator so we did fine. It is out of town but we spent some time walking around town as it is only a 5 minute drive. The roman mosaics are about 10 minutes awAy and well marked. The restaurant is simple but good. We were there on a sat night and it was packed with locals. We thought the hotel was comfortable and a good value .

H`tel placé au milieu de nulle part. Les chambres sont sombres et viellottes. Pas de personnel présent, il faut utiliser le téléphone de la réception pour voir apparaitre quelqu'un. Wifi ne fonctionne que de la réception et encore il ne faut pas être pressé... Attention ils ne parlent qu'italien.(ni l'anglais et encore moins le francais)

Straordinario rapporto qualità/prezzo
La nostra camera era composta in realtà da una camera da letto, un salottino (completo, oltre che del previsto frigobar, di bollitore e relativo set per usarlo), un grande bagno (con abbondanza di prodotti di cortesia) e un terrazzo; tutto era estremamente curato, riccamente arredato e pulito. La colazione era fantastica: molto ricca per quantità, varietà e qualità. Abbiamo cenato con soddisfazione nell'annesso ristorante: cucina del territorio buona e a un giusto prezzo. Personale gentile e disponibile, ma non invadente. Albergo molto tranquillo e silenzioso, in ottima posizione per visitare Piazza Armerina, Morgantina e il Parco Naturale (è necessario avere la macchina).

Struttura e camere molto gradevoli.
L'albergo è piacevole e le stanza sono arredate con gusto. La posizione non è comoda in quanto fuori dal paese ma la struttura è molto silenziosa. I letti sono piuttosto duri. La colazione è completa ma bisogna uscire dall'albergo per recarsi all'annesso ristorante.

Inexpensive and satisfactory
Stayed one night while visiting the Roman villa in Piazza Armerina. Go to the attached restaurant for service as the hotel is very quiet so the front desk is left unattended. Very clean room. Dinner in restaurant fine. Breakfast was usual- yoghurt, pastries and biscuits- not the freshest but good enough to get you back on the road to the next place.

location could be better
Place is alright. Location is far from downtown. Shower was very small, like the ones we can buy from Home Depot ready to install. Bathroom dark. Room was just alright. Breakfast was poor. We had dinner at their pizzeria restaurant and it was good. People are very friendly. Giusy was amazing with her costumer service. Piazza Armerina itself was not a place that we would go back to visit.

La.pubblicitá dell'albergo parlava di "4 stelle in tutto"....mah...la nostra camera puzzava di fumo e muffa. Avevamo chiesto una camera con letto matrimoniale e ci hanno dato due letti separati...e la tizia che ci ha accolto dopo che siamo andati a cercarla (non c'era nessuno alla reception...) è sparita via velocemwnte prima che potessimo dire beh...la colazione da 4 stelle?merendine.e brioches del mulino bianco...cena buon con prezzi vantaggiosi..tempi troppo lunghi e scoordinati..non puoi portarmi l antipasto con 20minuti di ritrdo rispetto a mio marito e pretendere che abbia finito subito perchè il primo é giá pronto e poi scuoce...!!

Super deal, we got 2 dobl beds, one for parents and one for our daughter :) Super service at the restaurant, they made 3 special menu's just for us, thanks a lot and it was the best meals we had on Sicily. Would like to come back.

Adequate but very far from a 4*
The location is about 3 km on the other side of Piazza Armerina from the Villa Romana del Casale. In other words, to get to the VRdC, you need to drive 3 km into town, through the town, then another 3 km. The staff is polite but none speaks a word of anything but Italian. There are rarely any staff at the front desk. Most often, you will need to go to the restaurant which is in another building (or call them from the front desk). No A/C was working during our stay at the end of April. A broken toilet seat was promptly fixed when reported. Rooms on the first floor are shielded from the highway and quite quiet. The hotel's restaurant serves mainly pizza for dinner (quite popular with locals), and the breakfast was fairly good. Parking is very easy. Not a bad stay, but they advertise as a 4*, and I can't imagine on what basis they consider themselves 4*--it's a stretch to even call in a 3*.

Un meraviglioso 4 stelle molto romantico a Piazza Armerina
Un hotel molto bello. La suite dove siamo stati era assolutamente deliziosa. Il personale molto gentile e premuroso oltre che assolutamente professionale. La posizione dell'hotel appena fuori Piazza Armerina è assolutamente comoda. Garage gratuito a disposizione dei clienti. Ristorante di livello annesso all'hotel... insomma .. Un gran bell'hotel che merita in pieno le 4 stelle.

The hotel did not have the air conditioning turned on yet, so the room was very musty and smelled of mold and mildew. The room was large and comfortable except for the smell. Breakfast was very nice and the waiter was very friendly.

Der Standard entspricht maximum einem drei Sterne Hotel
In der Nähe der sehenswerten "Villa Romana del Casale" gibt es nur wenige Hotels, das al Ritrovo ist nur wenige Kilometer davon entfernt. Das Hotel liegt an einer Hauptverkehrsstrasse mit entsprechendem Lärm. Da in Marschdistanz keine weiteren Restaurants vorhanden waren buchten wir Halbpension. Im Restaurant wollte davon niemand etwas wissen und erst nach langfädigem lamentieren bemühte sich jemand im System nach zuschauen, die Halbpension wurde dann bestätigt. Nebst einem Anti Pasti gab es Pizza und als Alternative Pizza. Ebenso mager war das Frühstück: Tee, Kaffee, Gipfel. Kosmetik Spiegel war keiner vorhanden, ebenso fehlten eine Schuhreinigungsmaschine oder ein Reinigungs-Set, letzteres erhielt ich auf Anfrage, dieses war jedoch völlig ausgetrocknet und unbrauchbar.

Hotel angschlossen an Restaurant, an einer Ausfallstrasse
Bei dem Haus handelt es sich um ein an ein ortsbekanntes und sicher auch qualitativ gutes Sizilianisches Restaurant angeschlosssenes kelines Hotel. . Restaurant und Hotel machen äusserlich einen serh guten Eindruck. Innen ist das Restaurant auch einwandfrei. Unser Hotelzimmer war sauber, etwas ältere Ausstattung aber soweit okay. Es hatte aber auch einige kleinere Mängel. Wie z. B. fehlte eine Glühlampe in einer Lampe. Eine Lampe war wegen total defekter Steckdose nicht am Netz und somit nur Deko. Im Bad war der Toilettendeckel nur aufgelegt, d.h. die Halterungen und Scharniere waren abgebrochen. Das gesamte Grundstück macht von den Aussenanlagen und Wege- sowie Autoparkflächen her einer guten modernisierten Eindruck. Das mitgebuchte Frühstück war sehr gut schmeckend und reichlich. Der Rezeptionist oder Eigentümer- genau wissen wir es nicht. war serh freundlich. einziges Manko ist, dass er leider nur Italienisch spricht und garkein Wort Englisch. Was bei Bagatellen sicher noch mit Haenden und Fuessen verstaendlich zu machen geht, wird aber im Notfall, bsplw. Notarzt rufen oder Brand melden recht gefährlich, weil er ja nicht ein Wort versteht. Abraten muessen wir auch, nach dem Checkout das Gepaeck an der Rezeption zu lassen. Als wir nach einem Ausflug unser dort zurückgelassenes Gepäck abholten, stand dies, entgegen als verprochen, im unverschlossenem Eingangsbereich des Hotels und niemand vom Hotel war zu sehen.
