As for the reubilding, we are open all year around and sometimes we need to make some important work around the hotel, and in this case we did notify everybody before hand when we had the date to start the work and also wrote on all our booking portals to let all future guest now that we are making some rebuilding and improvements during this winter. Our Air condition is not on efter september as its stated on the website, for the wifi to work you have to fill in a form otherwise it dosent work, maybe thats was the reason for that problem. As you should have had cleaning on saturday, I asked the cleaners what happend and they mentioned you had the "dont disturb" sign on, and if that is on the cleaning ladies can not go inside of the room even if you request it in the reception. Sorry to see that you had ants in the apartment, there is a problem we are working hard on the solve.
