The sink, shower, bathroom door all had either rust or mildew issues in the calking. It looks like it has been over 30 years since the bathroom and sink area have been remodeled.

The room smelled like fight very old had patches in the wall and a hole by the bathroom worst motel I've ever stayed.

I would never recommend this property. The carpet and comforter were stained, bathroom sink was stained, baseboards were coming off the walls.

ROOM 205 NO LOCK-SOUTH FRONT SLIDING WINDOW
Too many Hispanics being loud and hanging out late- a rating of 4 or less is appropriate. Does quiet after 11 PM for sleep. Was moved to safer room upstairs and more west.

Nothing fancy, but clean and comfortable.
The facility is older and a little run down, and it does not have all the latest amenities. But the room was very clean, the bed was comfortable, and the water pressure in the shower was great! For an overnight business trip, you really can't ask for much more.

Pretty filthy… stains all over the carpet, dirty and falling moulding, sink falling apart with signs of Mickey Mouse patchwork also falling apart. Expected bed bugs and mice but thankfully didn’t see any. Was glad originally for the free breakfast but after seeing the room, I skipped breakfast altogether and paid for it elsewhere. Do yourself a favor and pay the extra $50 for the Hampton Inn…. Likely very much worth it.

Everything we came to our room the key didn’t work. Ants everywhere. We had to spray everyday. We would’ve stayed at another hotel, but it was Christmas and there was nothing else available. Carpets really gross!!! Sinks & toilets gross

Pictures of rooms are not accurate. Room did not have fridge/microwave as advertised. Everything but the linens were visibly stained, damaged, or piled with dust. Holes in the walls were incorrectly filled and left uncovered. Vomit on the walkway and people shouting, stomping, and slamming doors until 4am.

The room was dirty with spots and dirty Carpet. The light above the sink didn't stay on it just flickered. The sinks plaster was so cracked and peeling and the facquet dripped never turned off the hot water never got even warm. They Advertised the beds as queen but they were full size. Still trying to get full refund

Front office staff not friendly, I don't know maybe she just doesn't speak any English, but she can still be a little more friendly. We were put in room 124, beds were comfortable enough. Bathroom smelled like if someone used the toilet, and it went unflushed for days. Sink needs to be reglazed, it looks like it had to be reglazed 8yrs ago. Carpet hasn't been washed in who knows how long, some really visible stains, and old stains. "breakfast " ends at 9am, I went at 8am and all they had left was apples, coffee, and oatmeal packages but no hot water. I know you get what you pay for, but geez... Maybe I just got unlucky with one of their worse rooms...

Great location, pleasant and helpful staff
Location is great, staff is very nice, large rooms,free parking. Walking distance to restaurants and stores. I like that they have microwave and little fridge in each room. Hotel is dated and could use refurbishing.

Staff member wasn’t very approachable. When my key didn’t work for my room she looked at me like I was stupid and then said you probably put it by your phone which I didn’t. Then when asked if we could get a different room she claimed the hotel was sold out even though you could see the abundance of empty rooms.

I like to think I'm not picky but this property was awful it smelled old everything was outdated the carpet was stained (it looked like blood) the bathroom walls had patches and the shower was very small and was made for very short people I'm 5'6 and had to literally squat and lean my head back to wash my hair besides all that it looks like the rooms further back were actually permanently rented and the people did not look nice.

Older facility, not that well maintained
Older facility; I get it - they don’t want to spend any money on the renovation. But they should - the furniture is old, scratched and dented. The bathrooms need major renovation. The AC unit was old and had trouble keeping the room comfortable. Appearances matter.
