What could we have done better for you? I went out of my way to change your reservation to the correct day for you and put you on the bottom floor as requested.

Expedia took your reservation on the 16th so about two weeks in advance and it is company policy that we do not guarantee ground floor unless stated by guest when reservation is booked, which yours was not. Had we have had a bottom floor available and been made aware of your situation, we happily would have accommodated your request. We switched your rooms to fix the issue of being put in a room that you state was dirty. The second room we put you in we got no complaint during your stay whatsoever.. It was only after you were told you were not getting a refund for this room that you stated anything about another dirty room. If we are not given the chance to fix the situation, there is nothing we can do. We take pride in our cleanliness and apologize for any inconvenience this caused you. We hope that your camping experience will be pleasurable but if not come back and give us another try.
